The past two winters I have traveled through California, Nevada, Arizona & New Mexico eating at many Mexican restaurants & various food with service being mediocre to excellent. With this reflection, I can say El Sombrero remains at the top in quality, quantity & service. I like food a bit hotter, but I can add hot sauce to suit me. I wish they served Al Pastore, but I couldn't find it in Mexico either.. Guess I'll make a trip to Goldendale for that. Of the two El Sombrero locations, I prefer the one older one. If Nelly serves you, the meal will be complete ! Seems weird to think one of best Mexican restaurants for me is right here in...

Our server besides the kitchen staff was the only ones there. I had to ask twice to get lemon for my water and he acted put out. Our food came out quickly and was hot, but I needed another napkin which I asked for. Our server never came back to bring my napkin or to check on us to see if we needed anything else.
