Fusion Restaurant & Lounge at Ramada Hotel & Conference Ctr — Restaurant in Lewiston

The worst place ever! They don't like children period!! I heard on the news about the nursing mother incident.. but this was outrageous!! My father in law and 19 month old and I went for lunch today. We walk in and get told to sit wherever. No welcome nothing! Then I ask for a booster seat. All the waitress are walking around us and each one I ask says our waitress will get the seat. I was so upset with the dirty looks and attitude I forgot to look at her name tag. She brought out the seat and asked what we wanted to drink. We said water and she sighed... Guessing because we were not paying 3.00 for a soda! I went to get my daughter food from the buffet. I walk back to the table to see we have our bill already and are being charged 2.50 for my 19 month old!! Every buffet we've eaten at here in Lewiston/ Auburn has been free for a 19 month old! We questioned and got a rude snap if, " she's eating off a plate isn't she." I said shes 19 months its not like she's eating a lot. My response was, " nothings free!!" Went to the Fusion bar at 8:55pm on a Saturday night. Two other couples were at the bar, kitchen was closed. We were staying at the hotel and figured Fusion would resemble some nightlife. Bartender was nice and said she would stay open if she had customers. About two minutes later, a manager, I think she was a manager, came in and said they were closing at 9. She wasn't pleasant and customers were not happy. Two more customers walked at that moment and she wouldnt serve them. The manager then began taking customers glasses before they were done. The last time I was here, it was hopping. Not sure how they can get this place going again if they are closing so early and kicking customers out. So...

i travel alot for my business and stay alot of establishments i have to say by far the ramada inn lewiston maine is the worst ever. starting with low staff dirtiness, poor service everything here needs repair, ice machine broken. worst shower, ni gym equipment. poor landscape. weeds growing out of ashphalt. pot holes dirty jacuzzi water, pool dirty. rude people at front desk during the day, drug infested, not fit for anybody. we need a...
