BEWARE. 05/07/2024 I GOT SCAMMED. I ordered a SMALL meatball sub & 3extra meatballs & 3sausages. Bill came to 28.70$ no problem & THEN when I picked up tray NO Sausage. I was ok with almost 30.00 for lunch..The nice lady who made meal was going to charge me more. I refuse more $$$. Seriously for a SMALL sandwich & what I ordered I didn't want to spend 40.00 for lunch.To the nice gentleman that took order & forgot to order the sausage. Why am I leaving a 20-30% tip & not getting what I ordered.. I passed Grid Iron & could have got a complete meal for under 15/20.00..... Sam's where the meat on Italians is paper thin. I can see why there was only 1 customer there. Should have gone to BK & saved 15.00 or Grid Iron & got a complete meal for 10-20.00 per meal & saved at least 6-8.00 of my $$$.. Sam's where the Italian meat is 1slice & paper thin & food is cold.. I won't be back....... EDIT:: After Sam's response. No Problem. Today 05/10/2024 I went to Amato's & had the same order & then some & i had all I could do to eat it all & it cost 1/2 the price...

I will not ever eat here again.
It’s a very dirty place in general. We stopped randomly after being in the area. I took my kids to wash hands in the bathroom after we ordered and was really grossed out by how dirty and dingy it was. Very out dated, broken services, visible dirt build up, smelly.
The Person who took our order looked like they had some kind of rash and their skin was peeling off, flakes everywhere. I understand everyone has issues, I tried not to let that bother me, but then I found a nasty wire-like gray hair in my sandwich, mixed right into the chicken salad and after seeing the people who served it to me I wanted to be sick. Used to LOVE sams when you could get an edible Italian every single time. Now it is literally horrible no matter which location I go to.
Today it's the middle of the week and the bread is literally rock hard (usually I blame this on it being a weekend thing) My fingers poke through it when I pick it up, it crumbled to pieces like a Cracker. The onions are so old they have the consistency of plastic and literally burn to eat. All the pickles are old and end pieces.
The quality at sams is non existent, absolutely horrible and they still have the balls to raise prices? Seriously hope they go out of business for it. Wake up Sams, people aren't going to continue to pay an arm and a leg for...
