Very friendly, establishment is small but appeared clean. I ordered one of the dinners (don’t remember the number) egg roll - 3, more wrap tan filling, however fried well. Carb Rangoons - 5, best I’ve had in the L/A area since moving here a year ago, chicken fingers - 4, not overly greasy but pretty standard, chicken teriyaki - 3, cooked well but lacking in flavor, rice - 3, lacking in flavor. Portions, we’re okay, from reviews it sounded like you got a ton, I felt it was Pretty standard on the “apps”, the rice portion was very small. Maybe I’m spoiled but I’m used to the rice filling the two “smaller spots” in a to-go container. Although definitely enough for one person (or two meals) overall. Cost for quality and portions was in line.
Not the best I’ve ever had, but so far the best I’ve had...

Sometimes go a little overboard with the soy sauce in the fried rice and Lo Mein, though. But not enough to remove a star. Cooked very fresh and no frozen food. Great beer selection, too. Hard to find a place that serves Tsingtao in a chilled bottle and not in a glass that was from a can that was sitting in the back room next to the boiler.
The owner/bartender, Nancy, is a great conversationalist for those of you who are dining alone or...
