One Star Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. My mom and I came in 45 minutes before closing, were polite the entire time, and I even tipped 35%—and still, we were treated with complete disrespect. The lady working there was incredibly unprofessional and sexist. She rudely corrected my mom’s pronunciation of a menu item in a way that was totally unnecessary and condescending.

On top of that, we had to come back because they messed up our order. At that point, after the way we had already been treated, we just didn’t feel comfortable trusting the food anymore and ended up asking for a full refund.

What really sealed the experience was watching her turn around and treat two men who came in like royalty—leaning over their table, laughing, chatting it up like it was a completely different restaurant. Meanwhile, we got the coldest, most dismissive service.

It wasn’t just bad service—it was biased, unkind, and completely unprofessional. We left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend Big J - Sabor...

I thought to give this spot a try after discovering it weeks ago. The lady that greeted us was very sweet and welcoming and patiently waited for our order. My wife and I ordered catfish and shrimp with fries, but we also ordered jambalaya to share (as we noticed it was on their special whiteboard menu.

When I went up to the counter to request a to go box (for the stuff that wasn't too bad), they requested any feedback.
