I recently visited this newly opened Mediterranean market and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the selection of products and the level of customer service provided. The store had a great variety of Mediterranean products ranging from spices and condiments to fresh produce and bakery items.

So, they have a good selection and fair prices.

But I found three tubes of Swedish Kalles Caviar that just expired. It is no problem to still eat it, but I asked if I could have a better price since they were expired. First, they said they could not sell them to me. Then I got the answer that they would check with the owner and let me know.

A few days later, I came back, and they now tell I think they chose to destroy the product and throw it in the trash.

Why would you do that? I offered to pay for them! And if you were going to throw them in the trash, why not just give them to me? You would have a loyal customer!
