I purchased a 3 and a 5 piece chicken dinner to take home. Both dinners had 3 very small chicken strips. I ended up giving my dinner to my son so he at least was full. Ive noticed the last 3 times Ive purchased the chicken strips they are small strips and the crust is different from what it used to be even the taste is different but its not bad I guess but I would prefer the chicken strips you had that the crust was thick and crunchy and the strips of chicken were large, plump and juicy full of flavor versus these small thin pieces of chicken with a thin coating of batter not crust and dry: don't forget the gravy or dipping sauce cause you will need it with what their serving now and calling them chicken strips. I excused this the first 2 times with the pandemic situation but 3xs no I have to speak up. Not only the chicken was bad the serving of fries was not equivalent to a small size in either dinner this time. The drinks were good and services was good but I must say im very displeased with the quality of the food they are serving. Im giving this place 1 more chance to hopefully get back to normal and if not Im done with them. It will be a while though before i return my stomach is unsettled now as im typing this and the memory alone is not good.
This location used to be superb I'm very disappointed in the direction its going with food, at least they still have awesome shakes...

I went on the app and logged order before i got to the restaurant but, i didn't place order because I was paying by cash. I placed my order when i got to sonic in a stall. I was alarmed at the price difference from the app total compared to the total at the sonic restaurant ordering at the stall. $1.50 difference. The app said a cheaper price. When i mentioned it to the order taker person, he said that he would adjust it. What is that all about? If i wouldn't of said anything he would of overcharged me. After he made adjustment to correct amount i waited and waited and watched people that got there after me get food but, i was still waiting. I ended up leaving without my food after 20-25 minutes. Guy staff said “I gave you two ranches, that’s already extra ranch” when requesting condiments for our three meals. messed up our order twice, and we had three different employees come to our car to talk to us because they kept messing up the order and couldn’t understand us. the girls were okay, but the guy that serviced us (we go here weekly, think he is new) was so rude and passive aggressive my friend literally left the place sobbing. additionally, they overcharged our food (charged for mediums and gave us small) and gave us the wrong items. ice cream and drinks were melted/came with almost no toppings and was only like 3/4ths full....
