Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Lewisville

I order from this location frequently. I get almost the same thing every time I order. While I can tell that different people are making my pizzas, they are always done really well and with care.

In many restaurants, I feel like the people making the food are just going through the motions. Here, it’s almost as if the people making the pizzas were making it for themselves. They don’t miss with the cheese and topping amounts!

Out of the countless times I’ve ordered here, I’ve only had one time recently where it wasn’t exactly what I ordered to perfection. I talked to the manager the next time I was there about it and she credited my account for that order.

The staff has been friendly and takes care of me every time. I’ve had Marco’s several times but this location knocks it out of the park! The online deals they have are hard to beat too! That cauliflower...

Shout out to the people at Marcos for fixing our order! Second time ordering with them and they’re pizza is super awesome and better than other big chain places. I appreciate that they went above and beyond and fixed something that they had no control over, because mistakes do happen and we are not all perfect. But after calling them and explaining it to them how we got someone else’s order, they apologized and let us keep the pizzas and remade our order and delivered it to us. I love the pizza but customer service is not good. My experience today I ordered online my order came to 17.30. The delivery guy came.He asked my boys if they needed change. I gave them 22.00 they came back with 3.00 🤔. I called to have him pick it all up seems he was going to short my boys. 2nd online older first time the system glitched an the manager wanted a copy of my email so she could forward it to corporate.
