Do not go to this one they scratch their heads wipe their nose and handle your food Everybody Talks Spanish there and they're able to take an order from English people although when you try to explain something to a store manager the laughs about about quality of food and cross-contamination I would not serve anyting from that place because of their hygiene and they choose to speak English at their own discretion. This happened between 4:30 and 5:30 Central Standard Time wonder if I laughed at them and gave their family food after I scratch my head with no gloves on played with my phone run my hands Across the French fry cartons and then handled my food would they eat my food if they saw what I did. The answer is no. And if you're going to work in the United States for God's sake speak English. I know McDonald's is not a five-star although a one Star would be nice from the health department. The lady manager was nice at first until the two other people appeared and then a third one sweeping with gloves on not changing them and goes back to handling food I waited for 30-40 minutes for them to change the Dr Pepper out after that they did not come and approach me and say okay the doctor Pepper is fixed. It went from friendly and nasty to just plain rude and filthy food I would not go this far although people need to know what they're fixing to eat sit back and watch the employees and then tell me would you eat their hamburgers. You can. I will not. It's a crying shame you can't even go into a plain McDonald's and get wholesome food without somebody giving your dandruff with it are looking at you like they don't know what English is and being rude and letting you set there waiting to change out dr.    Read moreMyself and two others went through the drive through at 8:13am. We ordered four breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns. Easy, right? We noticed the fee seemed too low. So when I got to the window to pay, I asked the young girl if she had our order correct. I told her again what we needed and handed her my card. She handed me back a receipt and I asked her how much the order would cost. I cannot see small print without my glasses. She told me the amount was on the receipt! (As if to say, look for yourself!) So we get to the second window and the man hands us the bag. After inspection I realize they did not give us the correct number of sandwiches. I AGAIN told the man that we needed two more breakfast sandwiches! He proceeded to take the one sandwich back (not sure what they planned on doing with that after they served it to me, but oh well) Then wanted an extra $6.50 for the other two sandwiches! After ALL the confusion and inept service, not to mention the rude behavior, I paid for the correct meals. I asked the young man for the manager. He said he is the assistant manager. So I asked for the manager in charge. He THEN proceeds to tell me that HE in fact is the head man!! Lol I asked his name since he wasnât wearing a name badge. He said, âno, I donât have to tell you that!â I said, â of course you have to tell me!â It was quite comical if nothing else! So I whip my phone out and as he is handing me the bag of food, he dodges to the side to hide from me and tells us that it is not legal to photograph an employee!!! All I ordered was has 1 hash brown and a Diet Coke I ordered the same thing every morning for my son son who has autism!!! The McDonaldâs worker hat on a dark navy shirt and a bright red safety vest no name tag nothing he was rude. He was condescending and he yelled at me in front of all the customers inside the restaurant when I asked for a receipt and credit for the charges that I did not make he screamed at me. What do you want me to do in front of everybody. He walked away. He ignored me. He was helping other people they were moving right around me had people coming where I was standing so they could pay . He threw three dollars at me and told me that thatâs what I owe which I didnât know I paid for the hash brown and itâs diet Coke it was charged on my card in addition to somebody elseâs order $25. I gave them back to three dollars. I donât want it I want the full refund! I he came back and then he told me that he refunded me $18 and he threw again at me three dollars itâs up in the air Y and money. I told him that $18 I paid for my order I need the full refund so then he finally came back and heâs on the phone which Iâm assuming is some type of boss and he threw at me seven dollars while 18 and seven is 25 Iâll skip the $.99 change.
