Sushi rollin' — Restaurant in Lewisville

Ordered delivery - decent food, not the best sushi I’ve ever had but good enough- happy and satisfied. Ordered 4 side salads, 2 special rolls and 2 bowls and it was $100 after tax, tip and service charge on Uber eats. Not the dressing I was expecting that I usually get at sushi places, more vinegar based but good. Bulgogi bowl was good. Alaskan roll was large in size, the California roll aspect of the Alaskan roll was a bit heavy on the Mayo, salmon was solid, avocado was ripe but not brown. Monster roll was a large size as well, good flavor. Poke bowl had a different flavor , not our favorite but ok. Worked for what we were looking for , something lighter and easy. This restaurant is a true hidden GEM!! My cousin and I were really craving sushi and we googled sushi near me and this place came up with great reviews and we figured we'd give it a try. While we were walking in there was a table of three talking to the waiter talking about how they've gone to several sushi restaurants around, and this was one of the best ones they've ever had. We ordered the the Cry Baby Roll and the Popcorn Shrimp Roll. Both were AMAZING. Later the waiter/chef gave us a couple of pieces of this salmon nigiri that was smoked on the top. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were helped almost immediately. The server was super nice and welcoming, he gave us plenty of time to look through the menu and gave us our drinks quickly! We ordered Edamame from the appetizers and I got the Titanic and my boyfriend got the Golden California Roll. Both were so delicious!!! Not only that, but the server gave us Gyoza on the house and they were warm and delectable.
