Bojangles — Restaurant in Lexington

The drive thru is humming. Five people working to get food out fast. DO NOT go in to order. We attempted to use the kiosk, however, it's not easy to customize or make changes to the order. So, we walked over to the counter and waited . . .and waited . . .and waited with no acknowledgement of our presence. Finally, I said, "Excuse me, may we order here at the counter?" Ambreia rudely responded, "Just a minute.". She was in the process of filling an order. To say that her efforts were inefficient and as slow as a sloth would be a mischaracterization of the sloth. She has demonstrated contempt for her employer and customers through her inefficient efforts at getting the work done and rude behavior to customers. Employees getting meals takes priority over paying customers. Nine minutes after our order she made a request to the cooks for our items. This location is ruining Bojangles reputation for good food. I've stopped in several times and each time the food is so over cooked that I couldn't eat it. I got a steak & egg biscuit w/ Bo Rounds and the egg was burnt and the Bo Rounds could have passed as potato chips. The chicken tenders and seasoned fries have been a favorite of mine, at this location they are fried to the point where they can't be eaten. Other Bojangles locations are as good as ever, its just the 109 Bo Tire Way location that this is happening. Chicken crisps & seasoned shoe leather is not my idea of chicken tenders & seasoned fries. Management needs to get involved because Bojangles has always done better than this. I wish that this location wasn't so close to my house, then I wouldn't be compelled to keep...

When they first opened the food was fresh and the service was great. The last 2 times have been horrible. The attitudes of the staff at the window is ridiculous. Very rude and not welcoming at all. Because we go drive through we dont speak to any one until we get to the window so where the attitude is coming from is beyond me. We were excited to have a bojangles come to the area but with this type of service it wont last very long. Then the lady walks outside to hand us our bag and acted like she was annoyed to even give me the bag. Not to mention my son was there last night ordered his food paid only for them to tell him they didn't have the 2 orders of Bo rounds he ordered and couldn't issue a refund.
