Ash and Ivy Boutique — Local services in Lexington

I made my first visit today. I was really anticipating a nice boutique with a good selection and great customer service. This shop lacked all of that. There wasn't a lot to look at and the few things I did see that I liked were either plus sizes only or just one or two left on the rack in limited sizes. Although I was greeted when I walked in, the owner didn't seem to have any interest in helping me or even asking if I saw anything that I liked that maybe she could get my size in. I was the only customer in the store other than one other lady who she gossiped with (very loudly) about her babysitter the whole time. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but I will not be visiting this one again. A store this small should focus on the customer who is shopping and trash talk her babysitter with her friend after hours. There are other boutiques in town where I will receive better customer service and have a better inventory to...

I placed my order early May. It is now September and I still have no products. I have reached out countless times for updates. I tried to be understanding with COVID, however early August she stated that my product was stuck in customs and that I would receive a refund. Still no product or refund....
