DONāT WASTE your time and money here! Iād give this place 0 stars if it was an option. The only reason I went more than once was because its location is convenient but I will never order from here again. Iād rather starve than deal with the people here again. Employeeās IQ is around room temperature and has a nasty attitude. First time we went there, we waited over 30 minutes before somebody even came to our table to ask us what we want to drink. Waiters were all just talking and playing with their phones in the corner. The second time we ordered delivery and they messed up the order. Instead of giving me 2 orders of wings, which I already paid for, I got one order of small wing split in 2 boxes. I had to go to the restaurant to get the right order because a third party driver delivers for them and they cannot contact the driver directly. After getting the new order, I realized they gave me the wrong flavored wings. This last time my coworker tried to order pick up for us. I called and he went to pick up. When he went to the restaurant they claim that they never received the order and sent him back. When I called them, they said they found the order and it must be a miscommunication and he misunderstood, because they were probably making it. My coworker is 100% sure they said they never received the order instead of itās not ready yet. I tried to explain to the guy on the phone what happened and repeated over 5 times the same thing, he still doesnāt understand and got annoyed. He started yelling at me on the phone when Iām being very patient with him. Blamed all the fault on my coworker. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly I wouldnāt come again, about a year ago me and my parents would come for the Bogo deal on Tuesdays but the last time I came in with my family we got served by a girl named Kenzie, she was okay at first but towards the end it felt like she was just trying to get us out of there. Anytime we would go our server would bring out our receipt an we would hand them our card and and the transaction was made, with Kenzie on the other hand, we told her we were done and she just told us to scan the QR code and pay there and just left, I asked the manager to see if I could get a receipt and give her the card and the manager was kind enough to do that, I donāt know what her deal was, I donāt know if she was just in a bad mood or she really was trying to get us out of there. These past two visits have been for take out orders and the lady whoās at the counter just has a bad tone. The first time went okay but today (5/12/24) I placed my order on the app and it told me it would be ready at 7:30 I arrived at 7:25 and I asked her if my order was ready and she asked my name more than twice, I donāt know if I was not speaking clearly or she just didnāt know how to say my name but the way she said my name just threw me off because she even had me spell it even after I pronounced my name more than once and after she asked another girl to check on my order then told me they were now just getting it and would have to wait 15 more minutes. Let me also mention this whole seat yourself situation, I just feel like the workers are lazy and a little rude about things. The server told me I couldnāt order the beer special that was $5 because they didnāt have a $5 button on screen to ring it in properly. I said so you have the beer but canāt ring it in? She said yes. I said can you speak to someone about this because this is what I want. She came back 10 minutes later saying they could do it and just ring it up regular price and discount $2. After we received our drinks we didnāt see our server for 25 minutes. When I seen her I had to stand up and flag her down to order an appetizer. My pickles came out 15-20 minutes later with no dipping sauce. Another 5 minutes to get that. Someone else came over to take food orders. I never seen the original server until we were ready to leave. The food took forever and 4 off the 6 peopleās food was incorrect. One person received food 30 minutes AFTER everyone finished eating. Two people in my party has strawberry lemonade and a couple refills. They were never told free refills were not included thus being charged $3.5 for each lemonade. When we were ready to leave the original server came over and we asked for the ticket and she said I will have to go so because I have no clue what you all ordered and that took an additional 15-20 minutes. Of course the tickets were incorrect so fixing those took even longer. We were there entirely too long for service and food that was extremely underwhelming.
