Two things, good and bad. I went on Friday night to watch the South Carolina - Iowa women's game with some business colleagues. It was extremely busy in there and it seemed like our server, (Keirsten or Kiersten I think?), may have been over-sat or undersupported, but our experience with Alexis as our bartender a few weeks ago was great, so we still had high expectations. And our server absolutely delivered in every possible way. I mean she was flying all over the place, helping people that weren't even her tables, I don't think my beer or water was ever less than half full the entire night. I have 5 years of General Manager experience in full service pizza restaurants and would be happy to have someone like her work for me. You can get wings and beer anywhere in a normal sized city, but the connections you make with people is what really matters and we left the establishment feeling better than we did when we came in. So that's the good review. An area for improvement - I did come for a lunch-in with a client the day before though, Thursday. I did notice what appeared to be a manager having a verbal altercation with a table. I don't think he was actually serving them, he had responded to a complaint or something - I'm not sure what the argument was about or why it happened, but there were several slurs uttered and some borderline sexual comments directed towards female employees in the section. I don't know the name of the individual, he had a heart tattoo on his arm? I felt pretty uncomfortable during this visit and almost didn't come back. If that's truly a manager as it appeared to be, I'm horrified. And my client was clearly embarrassed but pretended to not notice. I don't want to give a negative review as my service on Friday was so strong. But I am concerned if the standard operating procedure is for managers to behave in this manner while servers and bartenders go the extra mile.

Update 7.9.2025: Please see previous post for experience. We were offered rewards points that were never added to my account. I also never received a call from local management. As mentioned, the rewards points are technically useless but it is the fact of the matter the issue was never handled properly. I sent a response to email that stated we never received points, but it was a "no reply" email so it bounced back. We have not been back since. Update 4.24.2025: I reached out directly to BWW corporate since the wings we ordered were completely wrong. (We had spent $46 dollars) There is a huge difference in traditional and boneless wings. We ordered traditional and every wing we received was boneless. They offered us reward points, which is useless since we will not be going back. Review from 4.22.2025 experience: It has been about a year since we last tried this restaurant and it did not go well. We decided to give it another try since it has been a while and had hoped things had improved. We tried to take advantage of the buy one get 50% off traditional wing special tonight. We made our order and picked it up. Unfortunately, we didn't check the order before leaving. When we got home, they had given us all boneless wings. My family prefers traditional. The boneless were dry and under sauced. In addition, the sauce sections were not labeled. Previous review from a year ago: I haven't eaten at this location in years and now I remember why. We ordered potato wedges with cheese but they forgot the cheese. (We ordered take out) The chicken wings were much smaller than a close competitor and the chicken was a little bit dry. Would not recommend.

This was a terrible outing. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1, is because the young man who is Host is great. Our Mozzarella Sticks and Chili Con Queso came out ice cold, due to being left in the window for about 20 minutes. Ordered Boneless wings, they brought traditional, and only mine while leaving my girlfriend to wait on hers. Asked for extra wet, as you can see in the photo they were extra not. Brought Ranch when I asked for Bleu Cheese, Got 1 water that sat empty for the whole meal, she finally decided to ask if I needed anything once our meal was gone and we were just sitting there waiting for our check. The place wasn't even busy, she had us, another 2 top, and a 3 top. It was a mess, and 99% of it was server error.

Never in my life did I think I'd experience the complete hot mess I did this evening at Buffalo Wild Wings on Old Todd's Road/Man o War.

I don't have the energy to detail every issue we had, but here's a start:

Our server delivered half the drinks (waters and sodas) we ordered to our a party of 8, and then disappeared from our table. He continued to serve other tables and the host came and took over our table. The host was an individual I'd met once through a friend, I don't even know his name. I assumed he was trying to help out maybe due to this as we'd spoken on the prior meeting. When asked what happened to our server, we were told he had a headache and needed some medicine. Whattttt? He was still serving other tables??

After one issue after another and another etc...even with the host trying his best to host and serve our table, and a failed attempt to get a 10 year olds meal delivered from the manager who said "we're on a 45 minute kitchen wait" instead of getting that on the fly... I finally approached the drink station where our original server and another server were standing to ask for drinks refills. We had received zero!

I say, "Hi y'all can we please get drink refills at our table? It's been a really rough evening of service for us and we just need one refill each."

The original server says... "No I left y'all's table because that guy on the corner in the gray was rude to me." I had never met "the guy on the corner" as this was my inlaws relative, until this evening, so I thought oh man maybe he was... I asked what was said.

This is where is gets good. No bad. No just insane!!! This young man says, "I mean he could see my hands were full and he was like we also need these drinks and these drinks and some straws too please!"

I wish I'd thought to look for the hidden cameras and TV show crew but it wouldn't have mattered because this was for real... I said, "I'm sorry are you saying he asked you to do your job and said please?!" He said it was about the tone.

I asked how long he's been a server, he claimed 3 months.I was absolutely shocked. Even if someone was "rude" to him, he was completely ignorant on how to deal with it if so. I told him that wasn't close to the worst thing I'd heard as a server in my past. He said, even the host said, "Well that's just how he is." As mentioned earlier, I'd met the host ONE time and he'd never met the individual he supposedly spoke on!! It was just ridiculous.

The manager was completely lost in the whole situation. She had zero clue what had been going on. She offered $20 off the bill. What a joke? My brother in law insisted paying the majority of the bill but I stopped him from paying it all because we hadn't received everything on the bill!!!! And we were charged for things not even ordered. I can't wait to hear back from corporate. I already filled out the form online.

Oh the real icing on the cake came with the completely useless security guard who was leaning on a divider the whole time. He should have at least been refilling drinks. Apparently a gun went off in the restaurant a week or so ago. No one was shot. So having a useless security guard there just makes sense, right?! Wrong!

Absolutely insane. How is this place still open?

Save yourself and go to Roosters down on Richmond Rd or the...

When we first arrived we were told there was a 20 minute wait but it took 40 minutes to get a table while there were multiple tables open that were never sat at for the entire 2 hours we were there. Our server, Miquella(might be spelled wrong), was very inattentive to us and acted as if she would rather be anywhere else. She never checked on us to see if we need anything, when we told her about the problems with our food all she did was look at us as if it was the biggest inconvenience possible and said “okay”. We had to wave her down anytime we needed anything as simple as a refill and when we asked for one she said they were out of cups even though we watched someone go and refill the station not even 10 minutes before. She got the table behind us their drinks and once again, disappeared for awhile, while we were still waiting on our refills. We ordered drinks and it took her over 30 minutes to get them to us and it was obvious that they had been sitting there for a very long time because the ice was basically gone. She couldn’t care less about anything we told her. When our appetisers came out we had to send our chips and queso back because it was cold, we would have sent our mozzarella sticks back as well because those were cold too but we were too hungry and needed something. For some reason our burger came out along with the appetisers before anyone else’s food and it was as well, cold. That wasn’t even the worst part about it - there was a hair in the fries and the burger was raw. When the rest of our food came out, cold, we were still missing one of our entrees and our server did not tell us anything about it, such as it was still working or she was going back to get it, nothing. We didn’t even realise it was missing for a good 5 minutes. We had to go up to a whole different server at one point just to ask about where that missing entree was because it was rare to see our server let alone get anything from her all night. As well as we had to go up to the host to tell him about the cold appetiser and the raw burger with the hair. The manager tried to appease us by saying the burger would be taken off our bill but when we got our checks it was still on there and we had to, again like with anything else, track her down to ask for our checks first and then tell her about the mistake. When we went to the bathroom, the men’s was completely out of paper towels and the women’s was shockingly disgusting. There was poop smeared all over the walls in 1 stall, there was pee all over the walls and floor in the second stall, and with the only kind of clean one there was a long line of women waiting to use it. To top things off floor underneath our table was covered in trash and old food. I talked to the manager about what happened and he was very kind to take care of our meal but this experience was beyond words. Half of us at the table are servers ourselves and can understand an off day here and there but this was just baffling and awful. There was not a single positive thing about coming here and we left so disgusted and disappointed that we even wanted to go there in the...

Let me start this review by saying I have been a long time Buffalo Wild Wings fan. I have loved their food since my first visit, and in fact, for a long time it was my favored special occasion meal restaurant. However, this is my break up letter. My husband and I waited at the hostess station for a reasonable amount of time, we were greeted by a less than enthused hostess... Who chose to show up to work in sweatpants and a ratty jersey. You know it's going to be an interesting experience when you show up to a place of business feeling over dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt. Anyway, we were greeted by a woman who looked like she just rolled off her sofa and was upset that we knocked on her door. We asked nicely for a booth - because we have an infant in her car seat. Never making eye contact, she mumbled something and walked away. Assuming she was walking us to our table, we followed. Oh no, this young lady did not want us to follow her, and her look of disgust to people who had been nothing but kind to her, let us know. Never in my life have I felt so incredibly unwelcome in a restaurant. So we finally get to our table, which did turn out to be a booth, and this woman comes back to wipe down our table.... Apparently she had sat us at a dirty table. This could be over looked if she hadn't been so incredibly rude to me and my family. Our waitress came to take out order and the meal proceeded as usual. However on this momentus occasion, our appetizer failed to make an appearance. Which again, usually not a big deal... But our waitress mentioned she talked to a manager about it, and ....that was the end of that sentence/conversation. The wings were good, a little slow coming out, but the quality was still fine. My arguement, and reason for the breakup, is because wings are not rare or hard to come by. There is plenty of competition in your market, Bdubs. You're failing. Not because of the quality of your food, but the complete lack of customer service, the atrocious lack of professionalism shown by your employees and the overall lack of respect for yourself as a restaurant. You're buffalo wings and menu are not enough to differentiate you from the other wing restaurants out there. So, this is where we have...
