Where to start with this franchise location! The staff are always very welcoming, hospitable, and acknowledge patrons as well as welcome new and first time customers. This location has the best subs on the planet. I have had the opportunity to dine at over 20 Penn Stations all over this territory and without exaggerating this franchise location has the best sandwiches and best fresh cuts. There are five locations just in this small, southern city I live and me and my family go out of our way to dine at this particular franchise location. Even when they are hiring new employees they always nurture their new employees to take great care of all of their customers. I bring employees from work here, I pick up here and carry out, I phone in, they always always get it right! Placed the order on Door dash. Simple and no substitutions, yet when the food arrived this is what we received. No fries. Only meat on the sandwich, no veggies or sauce or anything. After a long day you order delivery in.. it takes 25-35 minutes which is fine, but wait... It gets to you and is completely wrong, and then most places are closed and you've been looking forward to relaxing... Not a good way to do business, and then if you don't have anything ready to cook you're forced to go out to a fast food place anyways and waste more of your night. When I first walked in it seemed as if everyone was just talking and waiting for something to do. Once I started ordering it felt like I was being rushed, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I say this because the guy was running through everything extremely fast as if I was holding him up from doing anything else. When I got my food, everything that I asked to be added to my sandwich, was not on the sandwich and it seemed as if the lady just threw everything together like she was in a rush as well.
