Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Lexington

This is the slowest with the most nasty rude and ugly employees. Give those ppl a title because I’m sure with the attitude and work ethic those that was pitched a bone and given a title goes straight to their head then they think they are rulers of all things and all people. They use their title to keep from having to do their job. Referring to the one dark skin girl just got a new title of bathroom monitor, but she says she’s a team leader. I think now they have “leader” her straight out the door! Someone said they finally fired her because of her pleasant attitude! Everyone has their fingers crossed! One down 4 more to go. Never can go there without them being out of at least one thing you order if not more. Every visit something is broke or something is down! Real clincher sometimes you go get in the long snail moving drive thru line get up to monitor to order food lo and behold you CAN ONLY USE CASH! No debit or credit cards! Well you are now stuck in this line that moves one order at a time. They take your order fix it let the person get all the way around pay for it let that person pull off with wrong order in hand then finally they take the order of the person that’s been sitting at the drive thru monitor for last 18 minutes.! I do not know how this Dairy Queen is still in business. File a complaint with the higher ups they do nothing because this place knows when they are getting a complaint so they get hold of their GM before customer can….well you know...

I just witnessed an employee shove a homeless person shopping cart across the parking lot and when I confronted her asking why she did that.she was absolutely proud of what she did. I had parked in the parking lot at 10:30 this morning to wait for the lunch menu to open up which I do every couple of weeks. When I noticed a homeless person approach and start looking through there dumpster. An older female employee came to the door and was telling him he can't do that. The man stopped and pushed his shopping cart up to the side of the door and went in. I assumed that she had invited him in and was going to give him something to eat. Which would of been awesome but instead. He went towards the bathroom and while he was in there another employee came outside grabbed the mans shopping cart and lined it up and shoved it so it careened through the parking lot hit a curb and flipped over. When I went inside I confronted the employee about and she proceeded to yell at me about how they shoot up in the bathroom and trash the place. I told her I will never be a customer at this establishment again. And she replied good and told me goodbye. I will no longer come to this restaurant. I understand they didn't want the person in their store in there bathroom or digging through their dumpster but send them on there way don't gladly ruin what little they have. What went from a chance of seeing kindness, compassion and empathy turned into cruelty and...

Ordered food from this Dairy Queen tonight on 7/21 through Uber Eats and it was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant. I ordered a combo meal with fries and a medium sized blizzard and also a order of cheese curds ,when I got my order I got onion rings instead of fries and the onion rings were so hard and burnt and not to mention the cheese curds was also very overcooked and the container they came in wasn't even half full... seems like they just gave me onion rings and what little cheese curds they had left over for a long period so they didn't have to cook my onion rings and cheese curds fresh....I don't know why because I'm sure they weren't busy enough to be able to cook and give me fresh food that I paid for.... I tried calling the store to speak with a manager about my order and got a recording saying sorry there' was no one there to take my call....seriously lol..i work hard for my money and I have to say this wasn't worth the money I spent and I'll definitely never order from this Dairy queen or any other dairy queen...I would think twice about eating or...
