Quality of the food - 1/5 stars. If I'm going to pay $60 for three pizza's, they best be top quality and not like I just ordered from Mcdonald's. The Medium pizza you put pepperoni's on the entire pizza when it was suppose to be half Pep, the other half bacon and peppers. When I called I didn't complain about this problem because my Wife was able to just pick them off, still not something she should have to do when asked to be placed on half.
I ordered a BBQ pizza. The bread all around the pizza had lumps, burnt cheese, and to make it all worse; my BBQ pizza didn't have any BBQ sauce. I had to call and complain and they sent out another BBQ pizza which took another hour to come. When it was delivered, the guy stood there expecting me to tip him again for coming out. I'm aware he isn't the one who messed up the first pizza, but expecting a tip after messing up an order isn't really professional yet alone awkward as I had to kindly shut the door on him to leave.
After opening the second BBQ Pizza; It was not burnt, extra cheese and cut up pieces of chicken which was better.... but for the BBQ sauce, I was sent yet again a pizza with no BBQ sauce and had to use BBQ sauce from the fridge. At this point I didn't care for another pizza nor cared to call and complain for my money back for the BBQ Pizza. My family and I will not order from this...

Placed my order online. Restaurant received my order and began making it very quickly afterward. So far, so good. Then, they left it in "quality check" for almost an hour. I tried calling the store multiple times; busy signal each time. Drove to the store, got nothing but attitude from one of their employees. Three employees standing around doing nothing in an empty store with most of the lights off.
"We only have one driver" is not a valid excuse. That means either franchise management or corporate are poorly planning scheduling. I parked next to an unused delivery truck with Domino's livery, so any one of those three could have run deliveries if they were short-staffed for drivers. Alternately, contract out with DoorDash or another delivery service if you don't have the manpower to keep up with demand.
Back to the restaurant, they found my order after a couple minutes' search. It had been sitting in a bag on a shelf for at least 45 minutes. Demanded my pizza and a full refund -- restaurant cancelled my order. The moment I picked up the boxes? Yep, cold as ice. Got them home and I've seen more appetizing $1 frozen pizzas from Kroger. Read morePoor customer service, pizza was wrong. Payed for a “Cali chicken ranch” and payed extra for Xtra cheese and extra ham and even tipped. Instead I received a pizza with ham and cheese (none extra). Called to ask what I can do about it. They said it was “in the grey zone”. I asked what did that mean and they hung up. I called again and asked who did I speak with, “ i don’t know, I was pulling out pizzas”.. “my name is Elizabeth” said the person who answered this time. I asked For the manager and as I can hear her yelling out to the manager “I have a manager call!” I can hear the manager yell back “put them on hold!” to which Elizabeth answered “how do I do that?!” I can hear the manager talking frustrated to her coworker now as I’m put on hold. Waited atleast 15min and never spoke to the manager.. called a few times after and nothing. Went back to the app where I ordered, and for an odd reason, I wasn’t allowed to poorly rate the “after your food arrives” area, to submit how disrespectful the service was, how inaccurate “jasmine” made my order and how likely I am to recommend them to someone else.
