Fazoli's — Restaurant in Lexington

They gave our order to another table and it set on the other table for a few minutes, then realized their mistake after the other guests finally spoke up, then picked it off the other table and brought it to us. My husband works in healthcare and did not want food from another table that people were breathing on and talking over so he had them remake his food but not without the employee giving him attitude about it. At this point, I was afraid he would spit in my food and I had not realized it had added parmesan cheese. I was eating a salad. I left my plate full on the table (untouched) because not only had it been on another table for quite some time but someone had added parmesan cheese, assuming it was the people they gave our order to by mistake had also requested the parmesan cheese on top. So, remake my order, no cheese, simple fix. I told the manager that I did not want it with parmesan cheese. He told me that it adds flavor, feed it to my kids or my neighbors. As a manager he needs to serve the customers, without us, he would not have a job. I fully expected him to remake my order without the cheese. He did not offer and was not listening to my request so I had a side salad for dinner. So irritated! My husband told him about his employees behavior and the manager said yeah, sometimes he has attitude. SMH Wasted time, wasted money and wasted food. I do NOT recommend this location. This was NOT our first incident either. This place gradually gets worse every visit! The last time we were at this location the manager rushes out and hastily tells us that it will be 20 minutes before they could take our order, he was hoping that we would leave and some customers did walk out but we did not, instead we placed our own order at the kiosk. My wife and I stopped by Fazoli's on Harrodsburg Road last evening to pick up our dinner and since we have had some disappointments lately, I specifically asked for more meat sauce on my regular spaghetti. I was assured that it would happen. However, when we arrived home I found that I had adequate spaghetti but hardly any meat sauce; I tried to eat but the meat sauce disappeared quickly leaving 2/3 of the spaghetti too dry to eat. I threw it out. Furthermore, my wife had ordered 2 of the baked meatball appetizers and one of them was placed in our sack on its side so some of the liquid oozed out and made a mess of our entire order. We had to clean up and place the non appetizing looking appetizer meat ball order on a plate. We have been fairly regular customers at this Fazoli's location (only 3 miles from our home) since it opened several years ago but it has really started taking advantage of the fact that customers must buy at drive-through during this pandemic so we cannot see what we get until we get home. Spicy Penne with Sausage Spicy Tomato Pepper Sauce, Sausage and Fresh Spinach. Is made the best at this location. Hot and spicy just like i like it. when i go to other fazoli's and order this dish, I am so disappointed. Not hot at all and basic. I add pepper and pepper seeds that is on the table and it still does not taste like this location does it. This my favorite location for this dish. I am going to have to take my five star rating back. the last time i stopped for this dish was a month ago i was late for work doing so. The tomato sauce was very plan, no spicy/ hot or anything.
