Me and my boyfriend visited this location while out doing doordash. I waited inside for 20 minutes for our order and the lady at the front was very rude. As I was walking out we received another order to pick up from them. I asked my boyfriend to run in and grab it. At this point the lobby was open for another 30 minutes and the store itself was open for another 1.5 hours (I confirmed this info with another employee) the rude woman at the front refused to offer any assistance to my boyfriend. Walked him out of the store. Locked the door in his face and said “that’s what’s wrong with you people” my boyfriend is a 6ft tall black man and he is very respectable. He wasn’t rude and didn’t respond to her offensive comment he just laughed and walked away. After witnessing this I went up to the door. They unlocked it and let me in with no issue at all and handed me the order. So please explain to me how you refuse to help a black man but the moment a white woman walks up you have no issue in assisting them? Seems like this location needs to teach some of its employees how to treat people. The other lady there who brought me my order was very nice tho. I explained the situation and she verified store hours and said she would “handle” the situation. However that doesn’t take away from the blatant disrespect my boyfriend received. Moving forward we will make sure to never visit this...
Read moreI had an awful experience at this location today. The man in the kitchen was very kind and he helped me quickly. But the woman working the counter was the absolute rudest human I've encountered in as long as I can remember. As soon as I walked in the door, she was already visibly upset that I was even there at all. I'm autistic and have auditory processing issues which caused me to misunderstand the question she immediately barked at me upon entry. I quickly realized what she actually said and apologized and gave the answer she was looking for, to which she responded by throwing her arms up in the air in frustration, rolling her eyes, and scoffing in the most aggressive tone that, "That's what I just asked you." I was literally stunned. If you get angry that easily and are unable to treat others with kindness and professionalism, then a job working with the public simply is not a good fit for you. Maybe try an office job where you don't have to interact with others if you don't have the patience for it. It's already extremely difficult for many people who have disabilities like autism to go out in public at all and people like her only make it harder. I'd suggest sensitivity training, but it seems like she just needs decent human being...
Read moreI ordered a super family deal that came with 16 breadsticks, a family spaghetti and a family fettuccini with meat sauce and Alfredo sauce, a whole 12 inch pepperoni pizza and a half gallon of lemonade. I ordered it for dine-in with the option of carryout. When I received my meal, I got 6 breadsticks and the server had to figure out how many more cane with the order. The pastas and sauces came as well in to-go containers bit no lids. And the lemonade when I got it was almost pure water with a tiny bit of lemonade flavoring. And I also didn't get plates to eat some of my meal. So I went to talk to the manager about the lemonade and she offered me to fill the bag (which the lemonade came in) with another product, while she remade more lemonade in the restaurant. I waited several minutes and went to recheck with the manager about the lemonade, she then gave me a fresh bag to fill it with fountain lemonade. But the food that I ate was very good. I may not go to this store again for a while but will continue...
