I waited an extremely long time for my food. I then noticed that my food went out the door to another customer. An employee went out to get the food and got the customer that had just left, the right food. After returning, an employee that remained indoors replaced fries and gave me the remaining food from the previous bag that went out the door. Considering that the food went out the door and the fact that a pandemic is going on, you would think they would give me fresh food and a different bag. I don't know what happened outside the store with the customer, so how am I to know if the food was touched? I asked the employee that had remained in the store about it and she was completely hateful and acted as if I was in the wrong for being concerned about the pandemic. The employee that ran outside was very apologetic and deserves a pat on the back, but the rude employee and the manager on duty both need to learn customer service and be coached on procedures to handle situations that involve unsatisfactory service. Read moreMy experience here was horrible to say the least! I went in there was a slip hazard from the start water and towels near front counter but I looked past this. I went to the counter to place my order and the man taking my order was completely RUDE he asked what I want and I told him then he says AND ... then I proceeded telling him whatever comes in the Philly Cheesesteak just no banana peppers or mushrooms, then I ordered the Ruben as well and he asks do you want thousand island dressing Well of course I do! Then he takes my payment and walks off like I was just an annoyance to his already bad day. I thought the worst was over but once I got home to eat dinner with my husband my Ruben was nearly all sauerkraut barely any meat and just a smidge thousand island dressing it was disgusting! My husband's sandwich was good and made well and the fries were amazing. Sadly we will not be back the man's poor attitude and lack if respect definitely determined this for me, Jerseys...
Read more06/30/2025- I got Dagwood and it was horrible. I asked for it grilled and all of the meat looked like beef jerky. I had to throw half of the sandwich away. I wish these placeswould hire people who care about the food they put out. I have worked in food industry all my life and I would have never served a customer what they served. I know we tipped but why should you tip these workers nowadays. Maybe robots would not be so bad because you would have consistency and no tipping. Or maybe get food trucks a brick and mortar and people who care. I always voted for Penn Station over these others like Jersey Mike’s, Subway but I will not do Penn Station ever again.
