Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

Another horrible experience with the S. Broadway Jets pizza location and rude treatment from the manager Jarod. We simply ordered our replacement pizza we were offered because the night before after 90 minutes of waiting we called to ask where the pizza was and were told they didn't know but were told it should've been delivered 30 minutes ago and that they now use third party delivery drivers and had been getting a lot of complaints, the pizza showed up cold. The next night when our replacement order came it did not have the Cajun crust as ordered. We called to let them know and were told by Jarod to hold which was more like we were hung up on because he never answered so we called back twice and he hung up. WOW! After hanging up on us a couple times with no explanation he finally told us that we were frequent complainers, he would replace it but were not ever allowed to get credited from his location again, then he had a police officer call us saying Jarod told them we were harassing him. What Jarod didn't know was that one of the guests at our house was an officer.. Basically all it boils down to is that the manager Jarod at Jets Pizza in Lexington Ky on S. Broadway acted very rude and childish to good customers that just wanted what they paid for. Who wants a replacement pizza after the mgr tells you that your a frequent complainer and can't get credited in the future for...

Always a great experience. The food is always delicious. Not many restaurants in Lexington that I can personally say I’ve never had an issue or mistake with. The gentleman I work with today, Justin he is the best they go out of their way to make sure your pizza is hot and fresh and taste exactly like you like. I will not delete my previous review because reviewing that day what I received was a true review, but I will come back in and edit this review because since that day and that review I have ordered from there four different times and all four occasions were not at all up to my expectations and today’s visit was the worst of them. All not only did I not receive what I ordered. It was cold. It was old. You could tell that it been sitting and he didn’t even take the time to really warm it up thoroughly so although I love jet pizza and usually the experience is awesome and the food is delicious. The last four times has now created a habit in my head and so therefore I will not be returning to jet’s pizza and hopefully they get this location back to the standard...

I hate to give these guys such a low rating but here is the issue. The service at the place, for the most part it's good, average. Most times, you get your order on time without issue and for an average pizza place, they're good. But.. But the delivery drivers, holy crap, hope you are not driving by when they go by. Multiple times, from this location, the delivery driver has FLOWN past me on a street that I believe is 35 mph & this guy is flooring it to beat the light. The light was red when he was 4 car lengths away and he STILL ran the light. I've seen jet delivery drivers running red lights on the regular that I have stopped asking for delivery from them and I rather get the pizza myself as I am scared a driver might hit or kill a pedestrian as they do not follow the rules of the road. I've called once and the person I spoke with blew me off. Granted, that call was roughly a year ago but because of that call, I've stopped ordering delivery from Jets and just pick...
