This was the worst experience I've had at this McDonald's ever. I asked for a drink mixed with Dr. Pepper and Orange Fanta. Without a thought, the drive thru individual replied very quickly that it was not allowed. Okay, so when I got to the window I asked about this and they said that they asked the manager about it before responding, but I don't think the reply had enough time to be an answer from a manager. So the manager came to the front after refusing to talk to me. The young man at the window was perfect. The manager was very rude and not like every manager at this location. This is the one McDonald's in Lexington that is absolutely superb when it comes to customer service, but not tonight. He eventually closed the window on me after I reminded him about covid and that I did not think it was within health guidelines to place his fingers inside of a cup to retrieve it. So to finalize this review, I am deeply sorry for the lack of customer service that this gentleman has and how bad it makes the location appear in this review. Just to add one more thing, as a leader at a restaurant that employs younger staff that start their hospitality careers looking up and following in the footsteps of their superior, he had one staff member that wanted to tell me that he was counting inventory and could not speak to customers. I feel that it is important to speak to every customer if time permits. For something as minor as a drink, this clearly got out of hand. Not to mention, we ended up with the wrong order. We ordered 4D and a 4B, but ended up with the same meals even though they were rung in correctly based on the receipt. Please consider all reviews and know that it is important to care about all...

I’ve had less than stellar visits to McDonals in the past but on the whole they even out. After yesterday’s visit it will take years to get the bad McDonalds taste from my mouth.
I made the mistake of thinking that ordering through the inside kiosk would be more expedient than waiting on one of a half dozen inattentive employees more interested in the text conversations. Boy was I wrong. The order placed I waited. And waited. And waited. After 10 minutes I managed to catch the attention of a lackadaisical teen. She harrumphed and waked away. I assumed to look for my order. (Two chocolate chip cookies and a large iced tea. So no work involved.) I watched the sloth like workers for another few minutes and asked again. The put upon young worker harumohed again and walked toward the back. She returned with a half full glass of tea and said they were out and it would be about 5 minutes before they could make more.
That was the end of the visit. Left with 2 cookies that I promptly threw away fearing the spit retribution by the sloths behind the counter.
Seriously. If you don’t want to work just go home....

I will never visit this McDonalds again.
After living in the area for over a decade, this McDonalds was a regular stop whenever a quick meal was needed. Even after moving out of town, we would occasionally stop in when back in the area.
In today’s visit, the cashier couldn’t be bothered to end her personal phone call to take my money. Nor could she respond to my thank you when she handed back the change. I was surprised to actually get a receipt.
The service at the second window was worlds better, but by no means pleasant. It was the surprise in my French fries that pushed me over the edge.
I was the recipient of someone’s used chewing gum. When the bite was a little hard, I figured I got a crunchy fry. Not the case when I discovered that it was still hard. Thankfully this gift did not make it into one of my son’s Happy Meals.
There is no contact email for the owner or operator listed on the receipt or website. I don’t trust the manager on duty to handle this situation, so I didn’t...
