New Peking Bistro Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lexington

Ordered delivery through Grub Hub. Food arrived at advertised time. Was missing an egg roll order so called the restaurant. They were confused about it and offered to give me a discount on my next order with them. I said thanks and then used the Grub Hub app to notify them of the missing item, which Grub Hub promptly refunded - only about $3. About 15 minutes later, someone from the Peking Bistro shows up at the door with the missing egg rolls and was very apologetic about the mix up. Way above and beyond service in my book. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and I really appreciated how they worked hard to make it right. We will order again! Good...

This restaurant is one of our family favorites. We normally order Mongolian Beef, Bean Curd Home Style, House Special Fried Rice and Singaporean Mai Fun. Their hot and sour soup and egg drop soup is also good.

We have been to this restaurant several times since we found it a couple months ago not long after we move to this area. Their food quality is consistently fresh. I ordered online. Bought two things and decided to call them to speak to them about the issue.

The lady on the phone argued saying bring the food and I’ll refund the missing items to you.

I ordered for a reason, because I can’t drive myself to get the food. She refused to refund and said come in person and I’ll give you the missing item.

Never and I mean never going to order from them again. Shame because I’ve been their customer since they opened years ago. First time I had an issue and this is the way they treat customers.
