Dr. Danielle Frank and the folks at Simpson Optical are terrific. Prior to finding Simpson Optical and Dr. Frank, I had tried two other providers in Lexington, but was disappointed in their services. Since I have blood sugar issues she provides other tests to check for other disease progression, in addition to the regular examination procedures. My husband and I are very pleased with the attention we receive at the office. With help from Laura , we have both had new glasses, my husband also has contacts. What a great place to trust your most valuable asset, your eyes! I usually go to the other Simpson Optical on Miejer Way, but last Saturday I had an emergency, and my regular Dr. was filled up, so they set up an appointment at the Tates Creek location. Felt just like home! Welcoming, helpful staff up front, and thorough technicians. I can't say enough about Dr. Zent. Fixed my problem, then checked out another issue I brought up, THEN he did an extra check on another thing that he saw. Better yet, it all came out good! I have been to several eye doctors during my life time and have never had an exam as thorough as what I get at Simpson Optical in Tates Creek Center. The staff out front are very friendly and helpful when I selected new glasses and when I simply stopped in for a quick adjustment. Dr. Frank is the absolute best...very thorough in her exam of my eyes and answers every question I have. I love coming in there and highly recommend Simpson Optical in Tates...
