Panda Express — Restaurant in Lexington

We did an app order on the way there. It was raining and the lines were long…. like very long. We expected things to be off a little bit with the quality and wait time bc of the grand opening and it being a Friday night but we were so very pleasantly surprised. Yes we had to wait but only 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. Cars were lined up to outside of the parking lot and seemed a little chaotic at first and that’s completely understandable. The quality and service was above and beyond unlike what we’d already prepared ourself for. I know the workers had to be tired and ready to be done. Our food was fresh and amazing. We have eaten Panda Express before but never ever had it that tasty and flavorful. We loved it and will be there often and I hope the workers are appreciated and celebrated for all their hard work and stress. Y’all...

My experience was somewhat unusual, as the atmosphere did not feel particularly welcoming. The overall energy suggested that the staff might have been either very tired or very dissatisfied with their job. No smiles. No engagement. Just flat looks. The cashier who assisted us was professional, though the interaction felt a bit strained. The food was generally very good; however, the power greens were overly bitter, and the cabbage could have been cooked much softer. It had the texture of raw cabbage, as if I walked straight into the grocery store and bit a head of raw cabbage. Much improvement is needed. This place was complete chaos. All the customers, delivery drivers, and manager where angered. Everyone was waiting for food. We waited 15 mins for 2 spring rolls. The food was laying down in our bag so the juices went everywhere. Nobody is helpful if you have never been there before and don't know how things work. Very small menu. Expensive for such small servings. Food was absolutely amazing! Some straw wrappers and napkins on the floor but otherwise seemed clean. For two people it...
