I see a lot of potential here and my experience was pleasant considering they just opened. However, I notice a an astounding lack of managers or literally anyone in charge. The teenagers on the front line are constantly moving around, switching positions, people going in and out of the kitchen.
I feel like they need a really strong manager to set them straight and have people stay in their position, and I say this as someone with experience in food handling.
I just don't appreciate my food being handled by 3 different people who don't know what's going on, and deliberately ignoring my husband's requests for light sauce/light pico and putting extra of both.
I understand it's going to be a rough couple of weeks but I'm excited to see what a bit of time and practice could do for this business and I'm just happy to have a Chipotle near me lol.
I also want to point out that an employee I really appreciated which was a young blonde girl. She was kind and chatted with customers and was very apologetic for everything. I hope life...
Read moreWent in on a Saturday for lunch there was only two other people eating inside, walked in and went up to the counter wasn’t greeted was told to go to the other end of counter if I wanted to order, then some guy with long hair in a ponytail rudely stood there and stared at us like we were less than, I told him what I wanted and he said when I get to that I will ask you, I should’ve walked out the ln but no my husband was really excited about eating here so I continued on with my bowl, then my husband told him what he wanted, my chicken bowl might have had 5 pieces of dried up chicken it was gross, my husband got the new chipotle honey chicken same thing about 5 or 6 pieces. Every chipotle we have been in before the food was excellent and the employees were kind. So disappointing this area needs good food establishments but this isn’t one of them. Don’t waste your time or money. Also the owner needs to do something about that guy the two girls that were working with him seems so scared of him the atmosphere...

Second time visiting this location and can say it unequivocally has the worst service and food quality of any Chipotle I’ve ever visited. First visit, I paid for chips and guac in which they shared they were out of once we had already paid- they advised that we would have to contact corporate for a refund which was both odd and frustrating. I politely asked about the drinks I had purchased and she argued about whether or not I had paid for the items. After showing the receipt, and checking the bag, I realized the chips were missing and asked if I may have overlooked. She continued to provide an attitude and stated that I didn’t purchase.. I (again!) showed the receipt to “prove” my purchase. Finally, I arrive home to provide my family their meals and open mine- I basically paid for carnitas fat rather than meat. Needless to say, I won’t...
