Ordered a waffle berry master blast. I was the only one in the drive thruough. I was asked to pull up. No one was in side eating. It took 5 minutes to bring out to the yellow line. Once I receive it. There were four brownies in a cup of strawberry mixed ice cream. No brownies or waffles in the cup. The cup was white and not even identified as sonic? I went inside the store and it appeared to be at least 4 staff in Kitchen and two girls were at a table close to the door on a computer and talking to what appeared to be ANOTHER sonic worker because after a few minutes of me at the counter she returned to the kitchen. A young man was teaching how to squeegee nasty black water off the floor , one worker slipped in it, and there was food and trash under the food counter in the kitchen. I asked to speak to a MANAGEr, I was given the “shift leader”. I asked for a refund due to this same thing happening with master blast in the past, and my food not being accurate. Previously I have been given coupons because my order was so wrong. I also asked for the regional manager number. I was told I could not have the store manager number but this is the store number, call it and he will get back to you. I then asked for the number to corporate. One of the girls, from the table rudely interrupted and said we can’t give the manager’s number. I repeated I didn’t ask for the manager I asked for Sonic corporate number. The another girl from the table stated get it off the receipt! The shift leader said no it is not on the receipt anymore and stated I do not know it. I asked she call the manger to get the number. She said he is out of town, I can’t call him to get the number. I don’t know how to get the number. A girl in the booth said he was calling the manager. A girl on shift , very professional and nice stated I found the corporate number for you and gave me the number from the internet. . I was very disappointed in the way this sonic has gone down hill with customer service and food training. and so many what appeared to be “teenagers” left alone with not knowing basic customer service and number of who to call when someone needs to speak to a manager or get a telephone number from the corporate office where they are employed. Apparently I am not the only one. The reviews for this place are not good and other appear to feel it’s...

Still absolutely terrible. They always run out of anything and everything offered/advertised by Sonic as a company. When you get angry or bring it up in person they'll just tell you to calm down and it's never their fault. In this case we placed an online order for a blackout slush float, which comes with solar viewing glasses so my son (5y old) could see the solar eclipse. We get to the restaurant, and they have a sign taped to the speaker stating they were out of both items. They cannot give a refund on orders placed online. When asked what I wanted instead they could not handle the request to simply replace it with something at the same menu price (I no longer cared about what we got - the entire point of our order was the experience I was supposed to share with my son, not the slush or anything else on their menu)... so awkwardly I just said make it a grape slush expecting it to be prepared like a slush float given what I paid for it.... I received a medium grape slush instead. The 20 something year old kid who was supposed to be a manager handed this to me while saying 'Sorry man, it's been like really busy and everyone is out of the slush and the glasses!'.... I simply drove away without acknowledgment and proceeded to call the Platt Springs location. They still had both in stock, but we no longer had time to make it due to the 15 minutes wasted here. So not only is this location terrible, they are slow, management basically does not exist and they lie instead of owning up to their flaws or trying to improve.
This is probably the slowest Sonic in the surrounding Columbia area. Have been here multiple times since we moved into the Red Bank area and have never had a 'good' experience. Today I waited 18 minutes for a milk shake. There were 2 cars in line when I arrived. I would say this is probably the average customer experience here as I have waited over 30 (think it was close to 45?) minutes for one combo in the past. When the meal did manage to arrive they gave me $2 worth of coupons, which was honestly just insulting seeing as how that is less than minimum wage if you do the math for $/hr. If you live in the Red Bank area and are craving Sonic, my personal advice would be drive to the Platt Springs location near the airport. The 15-20 minute round trip will probably save you time and patience in...

Tonight I placed a order on the app at 9:52 for 2 drinks. A slush and a milkshake. I figured the wait would be no more than 15min since more vehicles were coming. I waited and waited and watched many cars come and go and the drive thru was moving very quickly, but yet I was still waiting for my order. At 10:18 I pressed the red button and a young lady answered. I told her how long I’ve been waiting for 2 drinks that I still have not received yet at that time. Her response was “I’m sorry. Our car hop isn’t use to the 11pm rush.” I said nothing because the point was to get them to remember that I’m still waiting. As I continued to wait I noticed that a worker in a green shirt(possible manager), a worker in a red shirt, and someone they knew who was not working were all outside of the employee entrance door in the front just hanging out and talking while they supposedly had a “rush” going on. I continued to watch and all three individuals sat there and shared a vaping pin. That’s right. Unsanitary and acting like the virus isn’t out. The fact that they put all of this running around on one car hop while they were hanging out probably on the clock still and the drive thru was flowing great tells me that there was enough people to where my order should have been out in a respectable time frame. Kendrick finally came at 10:28 and asked what I ordered, which he should have known. You can tell that he was stressed because he had no help. He then brought my 2 drinks out at 10:30pm. When he walked away we tasted our drinks. My slush was completely melted with no ice left and my fiancé milkshake was completely melted Witt no thickness left to it.
My experience...
