This place needs to be shut down. There is an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here. The staff is rude and management is WORSE than RUDE. FIRST INCIDENT..I purchased a POPEYES gift card in FEB 2022 and not one Popeyes would use it, I was told 'It's not my issue' when trying to use it several times, but was told to use it online. I was given a $30 support coupon for the 'trouble' so I gave them another chance. MISTAKE... SECOND INCIDENT.. Father's Day I placed an online order only to find out 40 mins away they gave us a COMPLETE wrong order. We called and they demanded us to bring the food back and was not concerned with making it right. I was refunded my money and given a $30 support coupon and given 1000 reward points along with the other $30 support coupon being reversed. THIRD AND FINAL INCIDENT... At this point I have 1000 reward points, 2 $30 support coupons and a $15 gift card in my account. I had family in town and decided to try again MIIIIIIIIIIISTAKE.... placed 2 separate orders, get there and the manager with the last name ROWE (she wouldn't give me her last name) CAME OUT THE BACK DOOR TO MY CAR DEMANDING PROOF OF MY COUPONS saying there was a glitch and I couldn't use 2 and she contacted the owner and my order wasn't packed because she needed to make sure she was going to get her money back from the support coupons. She followed along side my car all the way to the window demanding to see the emails. I showed her proof and she still kept on and on about needing to call the owner. At this point I was embarrassed. She made me feel as if i was scamming them. POPEYES?! I have more than enough money and resources to BUY CHICKEN... I was just trying to give the place a chance. I asked her to explain to me how I could possibly be in the wrong when all the proof she needed was provided and my POPEYES ACCOUNT was open for her to see I was given the offers because of RUDE encounters before. I told her I have about $30 in coupons and offers in my account STILL, she told me I won't get another order if I place it aside from the 2 I was being interrogated about currently. I told her I was definitely calling corporate with this one. She mumbled under her breathe and walked inside. 10 mins later she came out with my 2 orders. I checked them and drove away. I WASTED an hour of my time for absolutely no reason. Questioned like I was a criminal by an IRRELIVANT human being that is paid to provide customer service. Read morePer the receipt I came here on a Friday evening. This location doesn't close till 11. I placed my order and was constantly interrupted and told to hold. When I did get around to placing my order the employee kept repeating it back to me incorrectly too. She was very distracted which made the ordering process annoying for me. I wanted cajun rice as my side item with my 3 piece tender meal and she initially told me okay but then got back on the speaker and told me that they were "all out of cajun rice for the night." This is truly more annoying to me than McDonald's ice cream machines always being down. I was not told they were out of stock. I was told for the night. This implies that they had the ability to make more rice but were choosing not to despite not closing for almost 3 more hours. This is horrible customer service in my opinion and missed money and morale for the store. I was given more tenders than I ordered which was a nice gesture but I'd have preferred my order with the normal amount and the side item I'd wanted. I personally don't mind waiting a little bit if an item I want needs to be prepared fresh but I wasn't given that option. I also posted a photo of the food and receipt to show that neither match up. I got what I ordered all in all but had there been any other issues the order being printed wrong could have caused more stress. Read moreBad enough my order for the 2nd time was messed up but more importantly the treatment of staff by their leader is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. If there is a coaching or course correction needed it should be done in private. Not in the middle of the dining area in front of customers. On top of that, they locked the doors, so customers inside couldn't get out and customers outside couldn't get in. Does this store understand that if a child was in there it could be charged with kidnapping??? Tried to submit feedback through the app but just wanted to throw money or promos at me. Not good enough. If you're going to hire young people in hopes of being able to bullying them, keep right ahead. Too many options for employment and dining to deal with that. I hope the staff understands no one deserves to be treated the way I witnessed on this day. Whoever is really in charge please reach out. I've been a manager for the same company for 25yrs. I see more and deal with more daily than Popeyes sees monthly and I promise you, no one who works for me has ever dealt with what your team has to endure. If you don't care about people continue eating there. Life goes on. But to the staff, there's better out there somewhere for you.
