Terrible rude service today. I placed an order on line, pre paid with my debit card and received a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up at 12:20... When I got there, there was no order ready or any order in the system for me at all. There was an older gentleman with white hair working the register, (I'm assuming he was either the owner or the manager) who I spoke to and showed my order details, confirmation and online bank statement with the charges...Well, that was not good enough for him and in his opinion proved absolutely nothing !?!.. He became argumentative and extremely unpleasant about the whole situation - and got on the defensive and essentially deflected the blame back to me - that somehow I was mistaken and hadn't actually placed an order at all. It was incredibly insulting. All I was trying to do was pick up a sandwich and get back to work. I asked if I could go ahead and have my order made and initially he said yes - but than changed his mind and told me I would be charged again. I declined and walked out, called my bank and filed a dispute for the charges. I took my business across the street to Jersey Mikes (where I should have gone to to begin with). ln the end I was totally blown away by this man's bad attitude and lack of attempt or effort to make the situation right. We are talking about a $6 sandwich that I had clearly paid for online to be picked up at that location. He was more concerned about losing money on a 6 inch turkey sub than taking care of a customer - nevermind the potential PR damage to his restaurant's reputation as a result of treating a customer like sub human scum. I was truly baffled. Sorry dude, you have now lost my business permanently, and I will certainly be sharing my experience with others and advising them to dodge this hole. And thanks for wasting my entire lunch hour !! You screwed up my whole afternoon. I had to spend 20 minutes on hold with my bank to get my money back. I totally understand why the staff was cowering and looked miserable - he must be a complete tyrant to work for.....
Read moreOrdered two subs online and one of them was not the sub I ordered (Ordered a BMT on Italian Herb & Cheese), I didn’t notice this until I made it home which is about 20 minutes away from this Subway. Wife threw the sub away saying it was not edible and it tasted really nasty.
Spoke with the manager in person about a week later when I had the opportunity to get back by there. I showed him the pics that I took of the sub and my receipt for the order. He agreed that I received the wrong sub, but the only remedy that he offered was a 10% discount on my next order because I didn’t call to let them know I got the wrong sub sooner. He refused my request to replace the sub and asked me if I would like to place and order (LOL). Not remembering if I called or not, I looked back through my call log on my phone and I saw that I tried to call but didn’t get an answer. Tried to call again tonight to see if they would pick up and still didn’t get an answer during business hours.
Also this was an online order that wasn’t ready 40 minutes later when I got there to pick my order up. I had to wait several more minutes for them to get my order ready.

Read moreTerrible experience here, went in and got our subs and the girls that helped us were ok, not very friendly but they did their job and were not rude but when the owner came in the seemed hurried. We originally got our subs to go but our son wanted to stay and eat so we sat at a table. We originally just got him a drink because we didn't need one (we have water at home). But since we sat down we needed water. My husband got up and asked the owner very nicely if he could have a water cup, he said they didn't have any and that we would have to pay for a cup for water... He then went on to say that if we do not like that do not come back to his business. We said ok, we will not and sat down and finished eating our food. He went to the back and you could hear him throwing things around. Feel bad for those girls that have to work for him... 2 days later we went to the subway inside of Walmart and while I was getting our subs the nice young gentleman gave a lady a FREE water cup. Can't believe the owner of an establishment was acting like that and from now on our business will go to the other subway that's right...
