I recently had a very disappointing experience with Raising Cane's that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for chicken strips, fries, and toast from the nearest location, which is 30 minutes away from my home—a 1-hour round trip in total.
When I arrived home and opened my order, I found that the toast was missing, even though I had been charged for it as indicated on my receipt. Annoyed but hopeful for a quick resolution, I called the restaurant and spoke to a gentleman named Dylan. I explained the situation and mentioned that I had been charged for the missing toast. Dylan's response was to drive back to the location, and they would give me a replacement of five pieces of toast.
I found this suggestion to be completely unreasonable. Why would I drive an hour round trip again just for five pieces of toast? When I asked for a refund instead, Dylan refused. This response was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I will not be returning to this Cane's location, and this experience has seriously made me reconsider whether I want to patronize any Cane's restaurants in the future. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to provide a fair solution was truly...
Read moreI enjoy the food here but I have to question some of the staffs decision making ability. I might be an anomaly in time and space but being as I like to take a quicker than usual lunch break during working hours as I have to clock out for work means I like to knock out two bird with one stone? How so you ask? I like to go into a restaurant, place my order, then head on to the restroom to conclude some much needed business of my own. But alas, as I returned from the slightly disheveled restroom, they had already given my order to someone else. Because I wasn’t there the exact moment they had it up. They said it was so it didn’t get “cold” I wasn’t gone that long friends. So now I have to wait an extra amount of time on my unpaid lunch, and when my order came out it was the temperature of the recently exploded volcanic lava from Hawaii, scorching the roof of my mouth like a fire from Jaquan Phoenix’s- ladder 49. 2 out of 5. Still would go again. But...
Read moreAfter going to school in New Orleans, then living in Atlanta for 6 years, I was ecstatic to move back to a city that has Cane's! And so many to choose from!
This location wasn't always my favorite. They're busier than some other locations which meant your food was ready very fast, which means that it wasn't being cooked to order. At Cane's, I'll take an extra 10 minutes of wait time for the best food. But they've improved greatly the last several times I've been there and now it's always the location I suggest.
Always get a box over the 3 finger - the pricing just make sense. And you have to try the Cane's sauce! It doesn't even count as a trip to Cane's otherwise. Also keep in mind that any side can be subbed for any other side or a sauce, so if you you don't want cole slaw you can get an extra...
