Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Lexington

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that wasnt ready by the time i got to the window even though i pulled into the drive thru at the pickup time and told them at the speaker that i was picking up a mobile order. I wasnt able to get the employee's attention at the window so i just had to wait until it was ready and told him i needed a refund instead.He said he would get the manager and then told me the manager said she was busy and would get it refunded in a few minutes but i was already almost late going back to work so i couldnt wait on her. We called the next day and were told to wait 5-7 business days for the refund. We have since called every 5-7 days since the order was placed on September 14th. We even called corporate the 4th time and gave our order number and were told they would contact the store to give us a refund which didnt happen and we have still not been refunded. They have literally the worst customer service both in store and at corporate and i will never recommend anyone to ever eat here. This also isnt the first bad experience I've had here but it's usually small stuff like not getting utensils, something made slightly wrong, etc. Not stuff worth complaining over. But the last time i had a bad experience i was told to pull forward because my food wasnt made(also ordered ahead then) and an employee that was going on break saw me park and noticed i was still there when he got back so he asked me about it and got it fixed. But this time was just too much and I'm done trying to get it fixed so I'll just...

We went monday at 8ish and had a horrible experience. The girl that took our order was instantly insanely rude even when i was trying to be as nice as possible. she gave us our bag of food, slammed the window, and then left for a good 5 minutes (we also had ordered a drink) she finally came back and said “what” and then we told her about the drink and she rolled her eyes and said oh yeah i forgot. we left, got home and realized we didn’t have half of our food in the bag (we should’ve checked at the restaurant but there had already been so many errors we assumed there couldn’t possible be more) So we drove back up to the restaurant and went inside. It was a different person at the register up front. I as nicely as possible (i legit just wanted the food) explained the situation, the girl that took our order yelled from the window register “why are they back” and he ran over and whispered in her ear without saying a word to us. He came back with the rest of our food, and the original girl yelled “i forgot it on the back counter.” It was cold when he gave it to us but we were just ready to get home so we said thank you and left. extremely disappointed because the food was actually pretty good but i doubt we’ll be back as it was rather expensive for what it was as well, and we weren’t offered any of our money back after that...

Came in to eat, as it's been a long time since we've ate at a Schlotzsky's. The tables were dirty, my order was lost. My mom's meat smelled off, the drink area was disgusting, and when I went to ask the attendant where my order was, I looked back and saw a guy drop all the baking pans on the floor, then pick them up and put them on the shelf. Gross enough, but I noticed he dropped them all over the wet floor, where they had a fan blowing water. I was grossed out. Got my ceasar salad, and the lettuce was rotten so I threw out my salad. My pizza was good, minus the meat which I ended up removing, and my mom ended up only eating the vegetables on her sandwhich and tossing her turkey out as well. Grossed out. We both spent $20 on our meal for nothing. We had someone wanting us to get a to go order for them, and we told them we opted not to because the place was so gross. I don't know what happened, but this place use to be the best. The worst part, was I saw who I expect to be the owner/owners of this spot, sitting there and paying no mind to the condition of the place. They even brought out some nasty boxes of liquid that they were questioning on why they were in the dumpster. Was very confusing and gross....
