Sharetea Lexington — Restaurant in Lexington

I went in and was immediately greeted with a few hellos which was nice and made me feel important and valued as a customer. The person who took my orders name was Aaron. Aaron was kind enough to help me out, I always go to get boba and never know what I want but he suggested the mango products. Like any smart person would do, I listened and bought a Cocoa Lovers with Fresh Milk I think it was. It was delicious and the pearls in my drink were fresh and hot. I also got a mango ice with ice cream and I made the mistake of asking for 100% sugar but honestly it still was almost perfect. My wife got a Thai Milk Tea and she said that it is a 10/10 and also agreed that my mango ice was really good. Overall experience, 10/10 would go again (probably the next day after this review). Aaron and the team working today worked efficiently...

I like visiting all the local Bubble Tea shops and ordering the same drink to see which one is better & why, and yadayada. So this place is definitely not one of my favorites and I probably will not return anytime soon just because honestly the milk teas here, or at least the one I got wasn’t very good and it leaves kind of a weird, bitter after taste that I find unpleasant. And the servers were fine, mediocre I’d say, but still nice and informative. Oh and one last thing I’ll say is a comment about the atmosphere. So it’s similar to all the other shops, you know like simple, clean, quiet, etc. However, the freakin benches man…not only are they hideous, but they’re not comfortable…like at all. That goes for all the seating in this place actually lol. Cushions would do...

I ordered online 5 minutes before I arrived. The guy i held the door open for got his drink before i got mine and he had to wait on 2 people before he even got to order. I ordered the wrong drink and asked if it could be remade for the long wait and they wouldn't. Call me entitled but in my business we say no matter who messed up, we make sure the customer leaves happy. They could care less i watched 3 drinks get made when my order was in before theirs. No apologies, no thank you for waiting. Nothing. Pathetic...
