So we went in and it was off to an okay start. It was around 8:15pm, they were in the middle of receiving a stock order, other than that 3 tables were occupied and had their order. There was one car in the drive thru at the time we entered. So they were busy in my eyes. The place definitely could have used some cleaning but they may have just had a rush. My girlfriend was trying to remember a drink she had and the gentleman at he counter was just smiling at us somewhat awkwardly and I told him the just of what she wanted. Vanilla Chai Latte Iced with Cold Foam. I asked him what it was and he said he didn’t know but could make something. I ordered the Cherry Chai Latte, the one with the cherry sprinkles on it. That part will come in handy in a moment. The other drink was a Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch with an extra shot. He comes to $25, we pay, we wait. Meanwhile the delivery drivers dropping off the stock order to the store were more friendly than the staff. The guy at the register was not rude but you can tell when the treatment was sarcastic and somewhat off putting. So the drinks start coming and mine was okay but my favorite part is the cherry crunchies, I mean who doesn’t love those?? Well there aren’t any and I ask if they are out, she just looks around loosely and she says no. She has the bottle and I still had to ask if I curl have some. She hits those sprinkles with the flick of the wrist and that’s it. Literally like 12 red dots go on top of my drink. No I’m sorry, I forgot nothing. I’m the burden for wanting them. Then the “Venti” comes out and it’s a tall and our friend is cool so he was like did you charge me for a tall instead by accident? He was just trying to make sure he didn’t pay for something he didn’t get. I mean these things aren’t your basic $1 coffee, feel me? The girl, aka Sprinkle Police just starred at the order on the cup for a while without saying anything and the guy at the register comes over and says he didn’t make a mistake but he would remake it. Our friend is being really cool and saying if he was wrong not worry about it. I guess he wasn’t but then they start talking to each other in their headphones, snickering and just being people in the service industry that make you want to stay at home. It’s not that hard to be nice and it’s not that hard to make those coffees. I feel that people these days don’t like to earn the dollar by doing the work. And if you don’t like your job, look for a new one. What you shouldn’t do is be rude, sarcastic and not give customers what they are spending their hard earned money on. This location needs a revamp all the way around! I hope you all have a...
Read moreOne of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. Waited in line for 43 minutes for 3 drinks with two cars in front of us. The guys immediately ahead sat at the window for 24 minutes, then the worker handed him a gift bag. I don’t understand why he was not asked to pull forward. Then the worker tried to give us a drink carrier, I said I didn’t need a carrier, and she said I had to take it? I don’t want the extra trash in my car: then she proceeded to give me attitude about not wanting it. She said since she already put the drinks in it, I had to take it. Makes zero sense. If you can’t reuse it, by all means throw it away, but you can’t force me to take your cardboard tray...Got a matcha drink and took a sip, there was a layer of powder on top. Had to pour it out. I was very excited to finally have a Starbucks with a drive thru in...
Read moreI really don’t like leaving constructive reviews, but please don’t try to pass things off to your customers like they don’t realize. Store was clean, person that took my order got everything correct. When I went to the end of the bar for my drink the iced coffee was white because there was so much cream and I asked for no ice which it had. As politely as I could, I asked if the girl could remake my drink with less cream and no ice as the label said. I stepped away to use the restroom, when I came back she slid the same drink back to me like I wouldn’t notice. We were in a rush to get back on the road, long drive, so I didn’t say anything more. This kind of customer service is just so disappointing. Not sure if she just felt overwhelmed or could care less but I hope this will encourage the management team to offer a little more...
