I go to this location pretty regularly and am most often dissatisfied with my experience and will not likely frequent this location again. The customer service is not great, especially in the drive thru. I visited today and was the most dissatisfied of all my previous visits. The employee in the drive thru was not welcoming and left me sitting at the window for around 6 minutes with no one else in sight. It was 10 pm and I was the only customer at that time, therefore I was the only order, and a small order at that. I ordered two burritos and one order of nachos. The wait time for this order was longer than usual, especially being the only customer. When the cashier rang me out, she swiped my card, I asked for hot sauce and she walked away and never returned. When I finally received my order, another employee greeted me and was nice, it was the most positive part of the visit. When I came home to eat, i opened the burritos to find the contents of the burritos all over the outside of the tortilla and on the paper liner. One of them was cold. I have never seen a more unappealing burrito anywhere. This has happened on multiple occasions and I don't think it is too much to ask to properly assemble the burritos. It was appalling that it had taken so long to receive my order, being the only customer, and that they were not even presentable, and then cold. So I tried to walk in and see what was going on and wanted to speak to the manager since no order came up (obviously, it was a manager issue) I was completely ignored and disregarded and never spoke to a manger, mind you was I completely respectful and just wanted to see what was going on. Since it’s obvious the counter guy didn’t care I just decided to leave it be and dispute the charge later, thankfully the money actually went back to my card an hour later and didn’t have to end up doing that. Read moreI have been eating at Taco Bell for so many years and even though the prices have gone up quite a bit over the years it hasn't been so much an issue because I have always gotten pretty nice portions of what I ordered. Until today! I got my usual burrito supreme, and when I unwrapped it I was just stunned. It had barely anything in it at all and what was inside started falling out an open end. When the sides of the burrito are touching and, when folded, would fit inside of a garden hose you know they really didn't care about what your food looked like at all! I have never had such a poorly made sloppy burrito at ANY Taco Bell and I really feel ripped off by this establishment!
