Subway — Restaurant in Lexington

Ordered two sandwiches half an hour before arriving to the location in hopes that they would be ready long before I arrived due to needing it by a certain time. When i arrived they hadn't even started them although they're was only one costumer in the building. They were extremely slow and unapologetic. All the dining chairs where flipped up onto the tables obviously in hopes Too close early. At that time they still had a good hour at least that they were supposed to be open for. But I guess they would rather make it impossible for customers to dine in And lose out on business. They should do their orders in a timely fashion if they had other things that they wanted to do that night or something. I mean completely speculation. I could be totally off , maybe they just don't know how to do their job, but to me that is what it seemed like. Once i arrived i still had to wait another ten minutes at least for my order to be ready. One guy working the front. Two others in the office loudly just hanging out, discussing last night's activities. Never an apology, an offer to rectify the issue, not even a thank you or a smile. I'd go as far as to say he maybe even seemed annoyed I even had ordered from them. Well not be going to this location again even though it's the most convenient unless they...

I have had SEVERAL horrible experiences here... this was the worst... 7pm and the only bread left was honey oat... and even that was stale. The people at the counter sighed and said, "oh man here we go again", as a line was forming. The one kept saying "I need to quit" and the other agreed. I told them if they hated their jobs so much they should find new ones... they both laughed and agreed. I continued by saying it was extremely rude as a customer to walk into that. I asked for the manager's card... which they didn't have one... which is weird, but then I had them write the managers name and number down for me. I will be calling in the morning.

After working a 12 hour shift all I wanted was a sandwich that I didn't have to make and instead I ended up more stressed out about the situation then if I had gone home and made...

I will be driving to the next city over from now on when I want subway! The two night guys that usually work together clearly hate their jobs and are very unfriendly. I can't eat the lettuce because whatever they use makes me instantly sick so naturally I get extra veggies which has NEVER been a problem until tonight. I asked for a few select extra veggies and was told "we are not allowed to give extra because we have to portion them." Umm, excuse me?! I will support other restaurants in my city from now on. That's ridiculous, I'm paying for my food and should be allowed to get it how I want it! Especially since the reader board says my sandwhich is $4.99 and I was charged $6.19! I wasn't asking for the entire container of pickles, just more than the 6 that were placed on my sandwhich!!...
