Arrived at 6:15pm on March 13, 2022. Two tables had customers 1 with 2 adults and another table with 2 adults and 2 small children, so my husband and I sat down at a booth and waited for 15 minutes. The cook wasnât cooking because he had no orders and waitress was taking a very long time to clean one table as if she wanted us to leave. The couple behind me with the small children said it took her 20 minutes before she took their order because she was stocking supplies (bread, butter and etc). After they told me that and itâs been 18 minutes at that point and the cook is still not cooking and she is still cleaning that same table, I walk over and maâam we are ready to order when you get a second. She turned around and yelled at the cook and said no more dine in and only to go orders for now onâŚ. The cook looked stocked (poor fellow he was special needs) and then she looks at me and said we are short staffed and I have been here since 7:00 this morning. Then she sends the cook over to tell us we can only place a to go order only and not able to dine in. I asked him for a phone number to a district manager and he pulls out his phone and writes down Darlene (I couldnât read the last name) but the number rung some man in South Carolina that doesnât work for Waffle House.    Read moreWorse experience ever! Walked in, nobody was waiting. Awkwardly, one side was only caucasians sitting in booths and the side by the bathrooms was two booths with African Americans sitting. We are Latino. Nobody attended us but everyone in the restaurant was staring at us including staff. When one of the customers left a booth in the Caucasian side, the waitress was hesitant to clean that booth, she just kept walking back and forth. In the middle row were there are 7 stools in a row there was a Caucasian lady sitting on the middle which she left about 10 min after the people from the booth left. So since waitress didnât clean the booth we sat on the stools. As soon as we sat there, the waitress went and cleaned that booth and she sat a customer who came in after us and she went ahead and took his order. So I asked the waitress when she came close to us if there was a problem with us and she said no, and that the area we sat wasnât our area. I asked whoâs area was it and she said the waitress who had that area was gone for the day. She refused to even give us a menu because it wasnât her area, but seemed like it was her area when the lady that was sitting on the stools before who she attended very well and took her tip.. will never go back there this restaurant!!    Read moreUnfortunately this visit wasn't so great found that the cook did not know how to make soft scrambled eggs they're a little hard and little scorched besides that we witnessed a green haired waitress rather long hair and rather green take a mouth full of whipped cream directly from the can to her mouth then put the can back in the refrigerator where she got it from to serve customers with when they ask for something that requires our comes with whipped cream wanted to tell the manager but the manager was busy talking to some gentleman who seem to be either a relative or something like that the entire time we spent there was just unpleasant The waitress was unattentive bring me lukewarm burnt coffee meaning it set for some time completely disappointing never to return indefinitely at any waffle House will never ask for anything with whipped cream if one doesn't they all do it just how it goes in the food service industry it sucks that they're so undertentive and downright rude but if we were to serve them they would expect what we expect completely...
