Worse experience ever! We came in had 6 people with us the waitress acted like we were all coming in for takeout. The waitress was rude & rushed us for our drinks & food order after she sat us down. We told her no we needed a minute on our food but gave her the drink order. She didn't give us enough menus. She came right back didnt even give us 5 mintues to figure out what we wanted to eat. Then when my daughter told her what she wanted she acted like she didnt know what she was ordering tried to talk her into something. Then once we got our food my daughter & my order was wrong. Then she brought us the receipt befoee we started eatting. Before we were done eatting she come trying to take our plates that we were still eatting on. My husband went out side then she went up there stood by the door watching him. Then she went to the back. My husband called me outside told me to get some boxes so we could leave she then come stood up there again watching us while we stood outside the door While the rest of the family were eating. We felt like when we was ordering she made it sound like we couldnt afford to pay for what we was ordering. We have never experienced a sitution like we had this night. My husband & i didnt say anything in front of kids. The kids were the first to bring it up while we were sitting there how uncomfortable they felt.it was very disappointing because it was the 1st time we had been out to eat in a few months & was celebrating my husband new job position & the children's grades. My children have never went some where & felt like they were ready to leave because they were uncomfortable. We will not be coming back here. The food was bland. once when the waitress was standing taking our order she was looking in my pocketbook told me my phone was laying there. There was no reason for her to look in between the chairs in my pocketbook.It was a very uncomfortable experience for all of us. Read moreWell I’m disappointed to say the least , I’ll start by saying this is a place we’ve ate at for decades , never had any issues until now . Ordered 2 shrimp cocktails and an oyster stew to go . At ANY other place I’ve ever walked in , one would agree cocktail sauce would come with the shrimp cocktail itself , well here it don’t obviously , or as we were told it costs extra for the sauce …. Ok not a problem but don’t ya think with shrimp cocktail you would have the cocktail sauce? We found this out after we had driven almost 20 miles One Direction, we called back and was told that we should’ve checked our order before we left the restaurant because “ good help is hard to find and sometimes they mess up” So they put it back in our lap as if it was our problem that the order was not right or that we didn’t have the knowledge that they did not give out utensils or sauces with her to go orders, or certain ones anyways. Go in to speak to the owner and he could care less as if it’s no big deal , they put the cocktail sauce in the bag second time with the lids halfway on so it was all over the crackers in the bag ( I felt like this was intentional over the heated phone call that should’ve never happened to begin with ) . The moral to the story is you better ask for everything that you want at this restaurant or you’re not gonna get it unfortunately we won’t be back so they lost customers that spent good money at this place over a dollar and a spoon . The manager said that they quit putting the Utensils in the bag when Covid started, in my opinion that would be more of a reason to have disposable utensils and furthermore the cost of the meal was the same if not more expensive than before Covid so why should we the customer I have to absorb the problem ? … just dissatisfied and really hate that the service sucks...
Read moreAfter we placed our order waited for 30 minutes we ordered chicken tenders french fries and Whitefish baked potato. I got up went to ask because people came in after us and was getting a to-go box! We were told that our waitress had been very busy and then a person came up and said their Foods been sitting in the window..🤔 then the manager lady replied and said your waitress has been busy and I said no one else can run the food.? She replied we have all been too busy. I said okay so you just keep it. 2 people sitting... against the wall waiting to clean tables. One Jumped up and went and looked and was the one that came up and said your food's been sitting in the window. Really bad management# how else can you justify the person was not apologetic" her reply" are you sure when I said okay so you can just keep it then. My reply with a smile in a nice voice yes I'm sure! Shook my hand my husband and I walked out. The tricky thing is we got there around 11:30 and they had no waiting.. question here is busy I beg to differ.. there were approximately three tables sit. In our section. I think every restaurant and drive-thru needs to go to Chick-fil-A go through their processing of management if anyone's had any experience with them look how busy they stay all the time, I realize they are fast food but the kind of work that they put out put the majority of restaurants fast food or otherwise to shame.
