To Wendy’s on Sharkey Way,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent order from your establishment. While I have always appreciated Wendy’s commitment to fast and convenient service, my latest experience has left me questioning the quality control measures in place.
During a visit on Friday around 10:30 ish pm, I ordered your classic chicken sandwich. I added a couple stuff to it but nothing out of the order. Well, upon taking my first bite, I was immediately concerned by the unusual texture. Regrettably, upon further inspection, it became evident that the chicken was severely undercooked, to the point of being raw in the center. This is not only unappetizing but also poses a significant health risk.
It really disappoints me. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I have never had an issue like this before. Not to mention I’ve had the worst day today and all I wanted was to enjoy some Wendy’s and ended up with an upset stomach. I spit it all out immediately because the texture was just so disturbing. But I got photos of what I could.
I trust that this matter will be addressed with the seriousness it deserves. I hope to see improvements in your food preparation processes to prevent similar incidents in the...
Read moreThis Wendy's is one of if not the best in the Lexington area. The staff are all extremely pleasant while going through the ordering process. The facilities and dining area are quite clean, and the food comes out abnormally fast.
At Wendy's, you have to pay attention to the à la carte pricing. Sometimes you will come out ahead by ordering items individually rather than getting a combination. The best example of this is with chicken nuggets. Six nuggets sell for $1.79, which has a unit price of 29.8 cents per nugget. Four nuggets sell for $0.99, which has a unit price of 24.8 centers per nugget. This means you come out ahead by ordering multiple four nugget items individually than by going to the six nugget item. This doesn't really make sense, so you have to pay attention.
The 4 for $4 is one of the best in the fast-food industry. It took a hit when they removed the limited-time "Double Stack" from the sandwich options on the deal, but the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and Crispy Chicken BLT are still filling options that can stand on their own. The 4 for $4 gives less food than you may be able to get from Cook-Out for $5.00, but the 20% difference in price makes Wendy's stand-out as the better option if you are looking for a...
Read moreThis place has the worst attitudes by multiple different people, mostly young women who have no respect or manners to others ordering, sometimes saying nothing and holding out their hand to take your money or giving a distasteful look during the whole process and more so expecting you to be friendly to them. I've been going here for two years and have even emailed Wendy's themselves about their employees terrible, same attitude as the rest at this location. One girl opened the drive thru window and immediately starting laughing at me like she was on some kind of drugs. It's always someone different and new and you only see them once and they're gone. It makes me wonder if the manager is the same way. I get what I order but I cringe having to go there and the only reason I go is for the food, with a side of rude customer service added. A few times I can handle, but almost everytime really makes me want to avoid going there. No one says hello or how are you, or at least acts somewhat friendly. If there were closer places that opened earlier and had what I wanted I would go...
