Outstanding new Bakery! The sourdough bread had a lovely crust and a fairly dense, whole wheat-type of texture that made wonderful toast. The flavorful sesame bagel tasted like New York, just the right chewiness. The generously sized chocolate chip cookie won my heart (and taste buds ) with the sprinkles of salt on top to balance the sweetness of the chips. There is talk of adding pizzas to the menu....

I came on Saturday to get some bread. The guy had sold all but four loaves and was closing up shop for the day as I was walking up. And he noticed me and opened up the shop and sold me the last few loaves that he had. I ate half of it before I got home. Best sourdough I've had from a public bakery. 100%...
