I tried the pan pepperoni pizza at the Armands location over on Western Ave a few weeks back, and it was absolutely fantastic. Just found out there was one in EP, too, so I ordered from them recently. I ordered a large specialty pizza called the Elmwood Park Special, which came with sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Showed up at my door about an hour later and dug right into it. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. It's difficult to gauge how good it might have been as I received a lukewarm pie by the time it arrived. I'm gonna try their pan pepperoni next time just to have a solid metric with which to compare quality with their Western Ave location. If I am able, I'll probably end up just driving over to pick it up or dine-in next time just to avoid the delivery fee because it came out to like 45 bucks for a single 14" pizza. Edit: My usual pizza spot was closed for a holiday recently, so I ended up ordering delivery from this location again. After placing my order, I got my pizza after an hour and a half. Pizza was no longer warm when it arrived and was overly salty for whatever reason. The upside, at least, was that the toppings were ample. It's definitely still a huge disappointment given the prices, especially in today's economy. Waiting more than an hour and a half just to receive cold, salty, mediocre food is a huge bummer and a waste of money. I think I will just be ordering specifically from their Western Ave location from now on whenever I'm in North Center. Their quality is way better and actually consistent, as is their delivery time because their food is still piping hot when it arrives.

Well...I am a first time customer and this is by far the worst pizza I have ever had! I ordered the Western Nova 18 inch pizza which is a BBQ pizza with cheese, chicken, bacon, onions and well BBQ. Upon tasting everyone said is this tomato sauce? It seems they used tomato sauce as the base then when it was done they realized it should have been barbecue and they dabbed a little bbq on top! Pizza had absolutely no BBQ flavor and it was extremely soggy!! So disappointed!! A waste of money!!

Well I guess I am spoiled ordered a beef with side of sweet peppers, came in DRY , NO container of peppers, no Au Jus on the side or sandwich and the fries were thick soggy no salt fries , my favorite KILLER BBQ SAUCE saved it SOME. The pizzas were barely warm and the crusts had no crisp just kind of laid there. I am sad that a business with this many years in business failed so badly to satisfy , cannolis were good.

Probably a top 3 pizza in Oak Park, personally my favorite but has some unique elements I love that may not be for everyone ( semolina or cornmeal under crust, cross between NY and Chicago style thin)

One very annoying thing though, their website is terrible

A couple times the online site has combined old orders into new ones, and prices are wrong or misquoted, I had to pay more than owed and the answer on all occasions was a shrug. I’d prefer they don’t even offer online ordering vs current experience.

They also don’t honor the 2 for Tuesday deal they offer, if you order online

I paid for a pizza assuming once I arrived the cheaper pizza for 2 for 2 could be refunded and they wouldn’t/ couldn’t do that.

I actually don’t mind if your website stinks as a small biz, don’t even mind if you can’t fix it. I suppose as someone in hospitality biz what I don’t love is the unwillingness to make any attempt other than ā€œsorry we don’t do it onlineā€ to rectify the situation

While I was waiting for my pizza I saw other people pickup up bigger orders for half what I paid online

Worst part is they could have if I picked up for cash, but the online system didn’t allow cash pickups over $50 and forced me to put in a card they couldn’t refund

Such is life, but probably some avoidable...

I order from here all the time so the other night when I ordered at 9 I figured I'd be alright because I do all the time and they always get there quickly however they took quite a while I waited till 10 then I tried to call only got a answering machine then when i pressed 0 to try to get through someone answered and hung up on me i figured that maybe you guys had canceled the order because I placed it thru grubhub but saw nothing saying it was canceled finally at 1030 ky food was delivered by a young man in a mini van who when I handed him 40 dollars for a 26 dollar order tried to walk away with my change and then gave me an attitude when I asked for my change back I told him I would of let him keep the change if he was on time and he laughed at me I order from here once a week sometimes even 2 and never have been treated like this I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere theres plenty of pizza places around and you guys haven't been the same since you've got this new...
