Vince and his mom made this life changing experience for me much better than I expected. Shopping around for an engagement ring was really difficult for me, especially, with all the jewelers around and everyone trying to sell you like its their life depending on it. Here at Arezzo, I did not feel like I was being sold at all. They de-stressed me first which was the most important thing by calming me that finding the right ring and in my almost impossible time frame, was possible. They then laid out all the options for me and then found even more after a few days by doing extra work on their own time. It was such a pleasant surprise as I felt zero pressure to purchase anything yet I found the perfect ring and all they would do is advise and help me with the process. The choice was simple and I finally felt like I couldn't go wrong as I knew I could reach out to Vince and the team (not to mention this is a family-run business for over 30 years) at any time for last second advice or changes. I have come back to the shop after the engagement went perfect, as you can see in attached photos, and they quickly re-sized the ring and met my fiance with the most respect I've ever seen. I will definitely be doing my jewelry shopping here...

I was trying to exchange my Pandora leather bracelet because of the wrong size and the owner was not being nice and professional towards me. He offered to give me a different bracelet that had a "defect" of being not perfectly round. When I asked him if the bracelet is going to get back to its oryginal shape at first he told me yes, but when I asked him if he will accept this item if the bracelet doesn't change, he took the bracelet and in a very rude way he told me to go back to a place where I bought it......As anybody knows Pandora is not cheap, and I just wanted to be happy with my purchase...... This is not the first time the owner was rude towards customers. My friend had a similar situation with him..... I have to add that the Polish lady that works there is very nice and she helped me with my purchase on several occasions.... Unfortunately after today's incident I won't be back to that store for future...
