Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Leyden Township

Terrible service. I was just there and waiting to order. I guess an employee was in training so the other employee was helping that person. Another person was sweeping and staring at me. The manager was on her phone and completely ignored me. I was waiting for 10mins and there was no one else there so they were slow because people were cleaning. Finally someone came to the front and said hi to the person dining in and ignored me, right when I was about to order she told me to wait and proceeded to the back. The employees cleaning just stared. So I left. This isn’t the first time this happens. I work in fast food service so I know customers are priority, but I guess this company doesn’t care about their customers.
