The Burger Den — Restaurant in Leyden Township

Waited until the absolute last minute to inform me they did not have the Beyond Burger for my vegetarian friend, told me they would refund me for that item and never did via doordash. My shakes were entirely melted, I know its not the drivers fault, as as she drove as fast as she could. I waited a few days, as I wish not to be a Karen, but they can no loner issue a refund to Doordash as a result now. Very displeased with the service, I understand it was a busy weekend, but I would have issued the refund immediately if I was working in that kitchen. Its not something I would have forgotten. I was really looking forward to trying The Burger Den since there are limited burger options in Schiller Park, but I couldn’t find it in real life after following Google directions. It seems like the address might not be correct—maybe it’s a ghost kitchen?
