Bacci Pizzeria — Restaurant in Leyden Township

We planned a birthday celebration for my grandsons 14th at Ifly in Rosemont Sept 7,2024 We needed to order 3 extra pizzas for the adults who stayed and we were told by the facility we had to order them directly thru Bacci Pizza so when we called we inquired if it was possible to have the 3 extra pizzas delivered at the same time they were bringing the other pizzas ordered last week when booking the event and the supervisor of Bacci Pizza said absolutely NOT because they only have one pizza oven... Not sure how difficult it is to make a couple extra cheese pizzas but apparently it's VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE for this location.... My daughter went to pick up the extra pizzas and they had her take all 6 pizzas to save themselves the delivery of the original 3... She went in and the person at the counter put all pizzas on the counter and said they are "hot" and walked away... When my daughter asked for assistance he told her "oh you got it" and turned away...

I guess Bacci Pizza can only find rude and incapable people to work at this location... A supervisor who has no customer service skills to resolve a simple issue of adding extra pizzas to an order and another to run the register/counter area who is incapable to assist a customer who just ordered 6 pizzas out...

I ordered about $50 worth of food for delivery. Once it was about 30 minutes past the delivery time my boyfriend called to ask what the status of our order was. The man on the phone said that the driver called and we didn’t answer so they just took our order back. Which we received no phone call/notification. Then he changes his story and says someone answered the door and said “hold on” and they just never came back outside to get the food? So clearly no actual attempt to deliver our food happened. Then they say they have our order and it’ll be on the way. So we got our food almost an hour late, and honestly if we wouldn’t of called I don’t think they ever would have actually delivered our food. I’ve worked in the food business, I understand running late and everything, but this was something else completely with the way they tried to make us feel like WE were the ones lying. Never ordering from here again...

Cons: -Quality has gone way downhill. It used to be some of the best food I had ever had anywhere ever. But then something must have changed. -The ranch dressing for salads used to be thick and very tasty and fresh. But then it changed to be thin and not fresh. -they stopped carrying a Cobb salad which i don’t understand. They used to have delicious avocado and scallions on their salads but they stopped carrying that salad. -their employee didn’t know how to add points for the Toast rewards app which is disappointing because I was only a few points away from a $5 reward so that made me miss out on the reward.

Prices: -employee was friendly though and gave a free water cup -they...
