This spot is close to airport and 4 points Sheraton where I'm currently staying, Uber ride was like $5. I came here because another 4 points patron recommended it. I came on Thursday around 230p. Marie a recent hire was super attentive, and immediately offered their Thursday specials. I've never been so pleased with a new hire before.

After sitting here I noticed they have a dedicated screen to their bar/restaurant that shares their specials, food pics, and even a news broadcast centered around St. Patrick's day and how they have this technology that makes serving beer more efficient and faster. Before I go into that I'm giving 5 stars because:

Steak tacos! Delicious!!! Great price! Also the owner, Tom came out and suggested a sauce that had some spice and delicious. They make their sauces in house and typically available for purchase for $15 but currently out of stock so he gave me a few to go container cups.

Customer service awesome! I felt like they valued here.

They have slot machines you can play. I played a game won $5.10 and I put it the machine to cash out and it didn't give me the money (this was corrected and worlds), but Tom immediately gave me the $5 without question and then serviced the machine.

The prices for their food and quality is well worth the value!

5.Plethora of parking. Am I the only one who gets anxious about parking?

Outside seating, tho too hot for that for me lol.

Family friendly

True local bar- you will see regulars speaking polish with the staff etc. BUT also due to the proximity to the airport you also get to meet diverse group of people.

They have SPECIALS every day of the week! They have entertainment, karaoke on Fridays. See the first line of this review.

Downside: There is a credit card charge or 2.9% that they are up front about. There is an ATM on site to pay with cash and avoid the fees.

The bar stools are not ideal, metal hard and truly not something you want to sit on for hours, but probably chosen because they don't take much space and allows for more patrons to be at the bar.

Side note: someone reviewed the music. The music here was dance/edm (they had a dedicated screen to show you what's being played). If you don't like the music they have Digital music, TouchTunesu box so you can play...

The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!

Everuthing happened yesterday 09/18/23. Our server Iwona at first didn’t care about us and gave menus after 10 minutes of waiting. She looked like she is having fun time with customers at the bar (we saw them taking shots together) so she didn’t bother approaching us. We ordered drinks and waited for them for about another 15 minutes, then our server came up to ask and took our order (truffle fries, gołabki and meatloaf). After 10 or 15 minutes we thought she is gonna bring us appetizer but she came to ask what exactly we wanted to order. We confirmed the same food and kept on waiting. 10 minutes later she got us the fries and told my friend that they do not have gołabki anymore and she needs to order something else. We have been there for longer than an hour at this point! She switched to burger and our server left to the kitchen. A few moments later we saw her leaving restaurant with some customers. Girl working in the kitchen brought 2 plates with food and left them on the bar. It turns out it was my main dish (meatloaf) but the other one wasn’t my friends. After waiting for 15 minutes looking at the food getting cold at the bar counter our server finally showed up and gave me the plate with cold food. At the same time girl from the kitchen approached her and asked about my friend’s order. The server asked us what was the food and assured us it will be ready in couple minutes. We politely thanked her and ask to not make the food now because we would like the receipt and we would just leave. She even left the dirty tickets with food orders printed in the kitchen on our table which is ridiculous. While giving us the check she had the audacity to tell us “sorry we’ve had many people come in at once”. While there was only 4 people at the bar and 1 other table. No one came in after us.

We got there around 4:15 and around 5:30 we received only one dish (cold and not very tasty). We left right after we paid and we will never be back at this place.

I’ve never felt so unwanted and treated without respect by anyone anywhere. Was it because we were Polish or because we were young and she was afraid we won’t tip her?

I wish I could say something good about food or drinks but unfortunately I can’t. I just hope other servers take their job more...

Post update #2. This has become our neighborhood spot to bring our dog, have a beer, watch a game and have some awesome food. We are so grateful that they are so kind to our doggie when we bring her in. Okla loves coming to Bottoms Up. We find a little corner to sit inside and she lays down like it was her house. We will continue to spread the word about this awesome place!! 🥰

Post update #1. Sunday afternoon early dinner/ late lunch.. found out this place is 100% pet friendly!!!! Inside and outside. How cool is that??? / #smokeyoldfashioned

Went here with my friend about a month ago and was so pumped as soon as I got in the door. It was a Friday night around 10 pm, we had just gotten hungry enough to leave Hala Kahiki a little ways away and the place was poppin'. Yay bar WITH food!! Music was nice and loud and varied..Euro, club, a little bit of Spanish regaetton and bachata..really smart as there is always something playing that will appeal to a wide customer base. Food was a nice variety of Polish and American bar food. I'm not Polish but i love zurek soup and I saw it on the menú and had to try it...omg so good in that bread bowl. Nom nom nom..decor nice and modern with cool angel wings photo opp for your IG...but it was the owner for me.. Tom... coolest most humble guy..came up to the table twice..making sure we were ok and everything was good. We had both ordered cocktails but had heard about the cool beer taps and wanted to see them in action so he filled a glass for us just cuz...Tom we wish you the best in your business venture and hope the community supports your place because it truly is a job well done. We'll be back for sure. Humble suggestion..please add a nice strong 15abv craft stout or porter or 2 or 10 to your tap menu..that would probably make us weekly...
