I have been going to this location a few times a week for the past couple of years. It's on my route to work and I guess I haven't learned my lesson.
The turnover rate and competence is mind blowing. There have definitely been some decent drive thru employees over the years, but they don't last long. The only people I have to blame is the management for continually hiring incompetent employees and myself for returning - hoping for better service.
I uploaded a photo of a bag of coffee I ordered in the drive-thru. I didn't really notice until I got home and it didn't really bother me, until I decided to pour the coffee out of the bag into my coffee machine and all over the counter. The employee somehow opened the bag with such competence and grace, they put not just one but 2 holes in the bag. I wasn't expecting an Xmas gift so early!
My 6 year old nephew could've done a better job at opening a bag, and if he would've messed it up - he would've fessed up and tried to put it in...
Read moreI ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive thru, Aurelio (the manager on duty) was upset that I arrived too fast and told me that it’s Starbucks policy that I needed to wait at least 5 minutes before I pull up to the drive thru after ordering. I then suggested if it’s easier, I can just tell him my order right at that very moment. He then yelled at me through the speaker that he will ban me from Starbucks and that he has all of my information. I asked for a refund but he wanted to exclaim to me how I was being a jerk before a issuing a refund. That is unacceptable behavior, especially coming from a “manager”. I will be writing more negative reviews/feedback about the experience I’ve had on multiple platforms. This employee/manager needs better customer service training! Read moreI go to this Starbucks specifically because they open 5am and I start work 6:00am. I visit at least 4 times a week. I mobile order ahead of time per convenience. It’s easier just walking in rather waiting in line. It has been a handful of times the lobby is closed early morning. I was knocking this morning 5:50am and ignored. Multiple staff members were there but no one paid me attention. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. Employee opened door 6:04 and I was able to grab my coffee, finally. I expressed my concern but it was not acknowledged. The drive through line at that point was already full almost to the street. My reason why I did not get back in line.
