Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leyden Township

Gotta say I've been a regular customer for well on 2 years at this location. Had very awesome service. To the point where they knew mine and my girlfriend's order when we walked in. However, over the course of this year service has fallen quite low. As an educated guess, I would say it's the new and younger staff members, as the the staff prior never made any errors with my simple order. A medium frozen coffee with mocha and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Throughout the year my coffee would come with wrong flavoring or no flavor. The sandwich would be undercooked, wrong cheese, no cheese, sloppy, ect. Today I figured I'd have to write a review as my sandwich this time came with no bacon, the cheese half hanging off the sandwich, and finally, the top piece of bread was half the size of the lower piece. I'm pretty forgiving but I figured after all these failures it's time to say something. Hopefully the one down the street that's opening will be better. Otherwise going to have to find a new spot....

TERRIBLE! If I could give -5 stars I would. I am a local customer and come here very often. I always get rude and disrespectful service let alone messing up my orders. There is constantly a group of teenagers. They sit around with no masks. The afternoon workers seem to be friends with them. The workers give them free items, I've also encountered the female worker smoking inside of the building and she is only ever behind the counter when there are customers. She sits at the table with her friends and doesn't do her job unless there are paying customers in line. The workers also never wear a mask. They also mess up my order and over charge me. They also give me dirty looks and even today, I walked in with a friend and ordered some food. The guy not wearing a mask, asked us if we ordered food. We said "yes" and he proceeded to mutter a rude comment under his breath. We found this extremely rude. I don't know who hired and put this rude teenagers in charge, but they need...
