Over the course of three months, I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently fallen short of expectations. Each visit seemed to bring about similar disappointments. The breakfast sandwiches and hash browns I ordered on various occasions were often not heated adequately, leaving them lukewarm at best. To my surprise, there were instances when I found ice in my hash browns, which was quite off-putting. However, the pinnacle of frustration was reached when I decided to indulge in a thick chocolate shake. The drive-through attendant's response was unexpected, mentioning that they would make the shake watery. To my dismay, they followed through on their statement, resulting in a shake that was completely devoid of the thickness I had hoped for. The accompanying attitude felt more like a punishment than a service, especially considering the premium price of $13 for the shake.
Regrettably, the consistent lack of food quality, heating, and customer service over multiple visits has led me to this review. While I understand that occasional mishaps can occur, encountering these issues repeatedly over three months raises concerns about the overall quality control and attention to customer satisfaction at this particular location. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the reputation and reliability of this Dunkin' Donuts...

I called the store to let them know I was told by the woman manager to come back to get my stuff I was missing. Do I did just that needles to say I was so beside myself at the customer service I received I was afraid to even take the sandwich to give to my child to eat I went else where. Read moreIt is hard to find a great location with good consistent service and products. I usually come to this location for their outstanding service and consistent delivery of drinks and food. Today I was attended by a newer, younger female employee who attended us with the worst customer service. There was a charge of coldfoam on my drink which I did not order. I would usually accept this, but as the surcharge is almost $2 extra I did not want to pay.I let the cashier know as she handed me the drink. I was met with her rolling her eyes at me and my partner, staying silent, and closing the window. I have never experienced customer service like this at this location. A different employee opened the window and offered an apology and new drink. He was very kind and understanding, but I did inform him of the previous employees harsh attitude.
