McDonald's — Restaurant in Leyden Township

No matter what you do, do not ever order online from this location. Especially in the mornings, there are Uber and doordash drivers who will pick up your food and cancel your order on you. Then they will eat your order. You will never receive your food.

On top of that, this location likes to close down completely at random times in the morning. Multiple times, I have gone to pick up food there and they have been closed between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 or 4:00 and 5:00 or 5:00 and 6:00 or 6:00 and 7:00. And they refuse to make any food and they refused to service any online orders.

It's a very popular location when they are open and when they are actually working. However, it's more more likely that you will never receive your food if you order online and this is the pickup location.

To be honest, I am a Uber driver and out of the 1000 pickups I've done at this location in the past year, over 200 of them have been stolen by another driver or the restaurant has been closed at random times and I've had to cancel all those orders.

i’m order 1303 came in at 12:57 ordered a five dollar mcdouble meal deal said nothing about medium i asked twice on camera one to repeat my order and when i went to pickup i asked if i got the five dollar meal and the manager said it’s the same thing one no it’s not meal deal comes in small and i didn’t have to add nuggets to my order it comes naturally this service is absolutely ridiculous and i want my refund or future credit being that you guys made a terrible mistake and over charged me i accepted the food cause of the line and obviously not to be racial but they didn’t understand my english and while placing the order i asked if they can move the sprinkler from the order taking machine as it was spraying water in my car very unprofessional i want future credit as to this is a fault to mcdonald’s as you can see in my receipt there’s nothing about a five dollar meal with this and they were in agreement that i did get my meal very disappointed with this location today as to they don’t always drop the ball...

This mc Donald's is really disappointing, with all do respect i believe night shift is on drugs or drunk, they never answer the customers at drive thru, also the people answer and somethings up you can tell, finally getting the food i ordered two bacon mc doubles and he gave us two mc doubles, one had three patties on it and nothing else and the other two patties and nothing else on it . We also ordered nuggets and he didnt give us nuggets but gave us three large fries . This is not the only thing. Every time weve gone at night , they either ignore everyone at the drive thru or just wait till everyone leaves because noone will answer unless you sit there for ten minutes waiting . If they dont want to make something they just say they are out of it. I dont understand who theyve hired but it has to change. I dont even trust the food because with this negligence how can i even trust the food now ? Is anyone watching...
