I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebee's, and I must say that the service provided by Joaquin, my waiter, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Joaquin greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making me feel as if I was home.

Throughout the entire dining experience, Joaquin demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism and attentiveness. He took the time to patiently explain the menu options, offering helpful recommendations based on my preferences. Not to mention, that Joaquin’s knowledge of the dishes and beverages was impressive. He also made sure to answer all of my questions with enthusiasm and detail.

What truly stood out about Joaquin's service was his unwavering commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. He consistently checked in on me, making sure that my needs were met and that I had everything I required. His efficiency and timely manner in delivering orders were remarkable, never leaving me waiting for long periods.

I've worked restaurants most my life, but now I travel often for my job and have eaten at many an Applebee's, as they're often one of the only restaurants open relatively late in small towns.

Tonight I enjoyed great food, served quick and hot, and personable service from the bartender who first served me, Payton. As I enjoyed my food and beer, I watched in awe as the crew managed an epic onslaught of drink orders coming in from some unforeseen place in the restaurant.

My main bartender and what I can only believe to be some mythical bartending goddess named Katlyn spent a straight hour slinging crafted drink after crafted drink alongside another incredible force behind the bar, Annalyse, all while the servers came and went perfecting the process and carrying the beverages to their perspective tables... As the rampage came to a quiet decline, I finished off my beer as the crew quickly cleaned up, cashed out customers, and poured the last drinks.

Quite honestly, the best restaurant customer experience I've ever had. 10/10, and the best Applebee's experience I've ever had to date. Payton, Kaitlyn, and the other bartenders and servers who's names I never got, were absolute killers on the floor. I only hope that the next time I'm in the area, the same crew is rockin'...

I was there with my adult children last week and our waitress was rude from the start. She sat us at a booth and proceeded on her way. 10 mins later after she ever so polietly sat another group that came in got our drink order and then was chatting it up with the group that came in after us. 15 mins later she came took our order. After waiting for our appetizers she came back to ask us if we had appetizers and if so what were they. When they were brought out thr chicken was still very raw. Our main dishes came out before the appetizers. Another group came in they sat across from us she proceeded to flirt and laugh with them. And then came back to check on us 10 mins after she had seen our drinks were empty. When I was ready to pay she took her sweet time to come get my card when she did she put my card in her back pocket and refilled the drinks from the table across from us. And walked off it took her another 10 mins to finally come back with my card. I was not appreciative of the way she treated us. It will be a long time before I go back!
